Jackstar followed that with a picture of a Freudian Slip.  Note the young lady is wearing a slip, with words on it such as: repression, transference, projection, super ego, subconscious.  It's a Freudian slip...see?  I thought it was funny, and not random at all.

I've been steeling myself up to do my civic duty and contact her to tell her that Art Bell is returning, however I have successfully managed to procrastinate this mission by realizing that she'd be likely to forget, unless told five minutes before the show starts.

The last thing she told me about Bellgab was "I don't belong there, and I am sorry that I lied to them," but that was probably a lie too.

It must  have been more than two weeks ago and I am too bloody lazy to trawl through a fortnight's worth of posts trying to find out about it. Did it just drop down the memory hole?

Perhaps he is a secret Sex Pistols fan and can give George the finger, aurally-speaking and spend the first hour of the show carving Dave ass before going into the Pistols' Pretty Vacant.

Well for licensing reasons I'm betting he goes on the cheap and it will be generic wah-wah pedal porn music with perhaps an upbeat Neil Diamond number as an opener or Tom Jones in a pinch if Diamond costs too much.  Robin Falcov always seemed to have a spring in her step when she made radio appearances, so I suspect Hoagland's a sexy beast in person and it will come out on the air.

We all know Hoagland is going to go over the cliff at some point, I would just prefer it was sooner rather than later. I really want to hear him brightly lit and telling a variety of improper stories, while asking each caller to 'show me Uranus', all the time giggling maniacally.
