I sent a message with the info posted about how the show would work to the local station WIBC which crarried Art for years, and hope the pick it up. The dumped Rush Limbaugh for low ratings, and Dave is about to be history too. They switched from AM to FM years ago.

I find it ironic this new libel claim is happening now as the George Noory thread is slowly dying apart from a handful of die-hard posters such as myself.  Major Ed Damian had put a spark of life into it for awhile but has since moved on.  Yet, now that George and his team are threatening action, you can bet the George Noory thread will get a new lease on life.

Wasn't it immediately prior to Art's premiering Dark Matter that MV last got a message threatening libel?

Dave showed up the last time Art was premiering a new show. He can't seem to stay away, even though he brags about his contract that lasts until he's 140, calls himself the King of Radio and brings up that personal studio being built for him  in Hawaii which, it should be noted, still won't be completed by the time Art built two, three years apart.

He's a "nice guy" who banished the Ghost girls, and Hoagland for being on Art's show, and had nothing to say while Art's guests were being poached, or put on his show  a day ahead because it benefited him, or would if anyone was listening. If the Noory Borg is threatening legal action, then it's because they're shitting bricks since they know this time with Art it's different from the last because now Art's in charge and not the suits like Dave's overlords, radio stations are lining up to carry Art's new show, plus Bellgab is poised to explode when MitD premieres.

If this is construed as libel then MV, feel free to give Dave's crack team of paras my proxy IP. Have fun goobers.

Essentially someone emailed a radio producer and they though George's name was Dave noorie. A bunch of bellgabers posted on C2C Facebook to the point people thought George was replaced by Dave Noorie.

Thank you so much for answering this. I follow Art Bell on facebook and saw through comments there may have been shenanigans regarding him not appearing via skype during Contact.

looking for answers via google I found this place. I went back and read everything posted today. It took until the above quoted post that I realized "Dave" and George Noory" are the same person.

Appreciate the hour or so read. Will also listen to this podcast. I only know George Noory as Art's replacement and occasional appearances on AA. Had no ideal there was a whole world beyond the world of late night radio.

Art needs to step up and weigh in on this latest controversy.

WTF? "Steals her for his show"? Steals her from WHO? Norry? (Redacted) wouldn't be caught dead working with Noory. This is just stupid schoolgirl drama on Dave's part. Art doesn't need to rebuttal anything, he's busy with other things. Art is so gracious in the public eye.  He was very diplomatic when he announced on FB that he was removed from CITD for "technical problems". He made no accusations, even though he KNEW why he was removed. Art is classy, Dave should take a lesson from him.

No it's not about Redacted, that has already been decided, Dave made a run at her, Art noticed her then and made her, his side kick before ol Dave had a chance to Jimmy Church her.

The latest controversy is about MV and if Art thinks he is a Genius. Dave thinks he is and Nancy Birnes said last night that there is a certain Genius about him and he is adorable and cute. I agree, while I'm not qualified to judge MV's IQ, he' s by far the smartest person that I know of on the whole world wide interweb. If Art can't call in tonight on the GabCast, there is nothing stopping him from chatting about the subject in the GabCast chat room.
