Just listened to the podcast from last night. A few nights from now will be great. Sadly, I will have to likely be listening to the podcast.

Welcome back Art.

Have tried a few times to listen to the DMDN stream, and sometimes it does not connect. It's not my internet connection. Any idea what is up?

I have been getting a lot of "stream cannot be opened" errors lately too...

refreshing seems to get it going again pretty reliably however.

THIS IS THE NINE ALARM FIRE HEADED DAVE TWINKLETOES WAY MONDAY!
YOUR TUSH IS ABOUT TO BURN WITH THE SCORPION ARMY'S VENOM!

At your orders, Commander!

Finished her today. My own in honor of Evelyn Paglini as she was one of my favorite guests. We all have various experiences of what Art's shows contribute and even into our life. As a mystic and artist, I wanted to contribute how much it has meant to me.

I've recently been listening to some of this Batchelor guy's show, and amazed at how he doesn't just read the guest's books, he devours them like nobody I ever heard.  So unlike some moron idiot clown fool person we know.  Appropriate.  And cool.
There is a blast from the past.  We were all concerned that you were bored to death in the line of duty while listening to Noory when all of a sudden you were gone and the recaps ceased.  Good to hear that you have moved onto something a little more palatable.

Great to see you again!

I wouldn't be surprised to find out that it's premrat practicing their DOS attacks on the DMDN servers in prep for Monday.

I like the way her lips are sharp like a ziggurat. Is that strictly a compression artifact, or is that what you were going for?

pyewacket

She's beautiful, Chine! I hope I'm interpreting your symbolism correctly in that you show her third eye as the gateway for spiritual energy. Is there significance for the flowering life on the right side? Love the colors and form. You certainly don't disappoint! Beautifully done.  :)

The Saturday (late) post

Tonight on http://ksyl.com in Alexandria Louisiana 970 on the ole AM dial or by stream from their page, from 8:00pm to Midnight, Art Bell: Somewhere in Time returns to 5/10/96 when Jerry Pournelle, co-author of the legendary sci- novel Lucifer's Hammer, spoke about the possibility of a comet one day hitting our planet.

It's a good stream and can also be found on IHate radio and Tune-in. I would relay it from here but it's a weird address and icecast doesn't like it.

It is very beautiful Robin. That one is from the heart  :D

Last night I had a visit in a dream from a dear friend who passed after a long battle with cancer. He and I worked at a metaphysical store (where I heard Evelyn worked at one time)

This morning it hit me, tears and I know he loves her, watching from above. So it's even more special.

I'm having the same issue. My guess is a larger number of people are listening now and they are working on fix that problem.

I just tried. I can't get it on my pc unless I click on the pop out button. I can also get it on my tunein app on my phone.

I use the external link(s) to listen. I have had zero issues with that listening option.
I've never really liked pop-out players or players embedded within websites.
But that's just personal preference  :P

Same here, with zero issues, even using a remote 4G connection.

I have used both those links, with VLC and with Audacious...  both randomly quit streaming or error out and need to be refreshed to get the stream going again.  Both on my patio pc which is wireless, and my room pc which is connected via ethernet.  Prior to the two options being available (mp3 and aac) I never had an issue with the stream quitting.

It's available for Apple, Android and PC... You can even stream it right to your flat-screen! Just like GaiamTV!  ;)

While you may have zero issues, I have had many. It's not me, my equipment, or my internet connection, or mode of listening. Only reason I made this public so others would chime in so if there is a issue, I trust that Keith will hear about it here. I am reasonably sure he is already aware.

upon even closer inspection it insists I upgrade to windows 10 which I am not doing. I use the external dmradio links but just wanted to try tunein out.

I've also got a program on pc called All-Radio which contains thousands of terrestrial stations across the world. Nice program, just figured I would mention it.

Delphi

You can also use an android emulator for that smartphone feel

I have windows 7 so maybe it's not that. I refuse to get any even numbered Windows.

Or if you really want to go "Old School" tune in to Art on a vintage AM radio and run Windows 1.01 in your browser using this emulator from Jeff Par:

Have you noticed if your stream is dropping after any particular amount of time?  I'm worried mine may drop now.

Been listening on the .mp3 link and the stream paused once for about 10 seconds then picked up where it left off. Seems like if it were to do that several times a listener would be way behind the live stream.

VLC frequently dropped at 9 hrs.  Could not find any settings dictating this and other streams did not drop after 9 hrs.

In Audacious it frequently is dropping when one show ends and another starts up.  This is inconsistent however--sometimes will go over a day without dropping at all.
