In 1965, I was 12 years old and for some God forsaken reason, we all bought this "45" and made it number 1 on the charts.... explains a lot about our generations sense of humor...

Todays music history lesson: Graduated in 1971, this was my idea of the perfect hippie girlfriend and her hit song: Now, for the youngsters, we had these roller skates that clamped to our Keds sneakers and were tightened by a roller skate key. Only at he fancy roller rink, THE place to take a date (alllll skate) The song was considered almost pornographic in 1971, and God forbid if you were caught with a copy of "Afternoon Delight"....
