An investigation is warranted because the democrats have consistently fought to maintain a system that allows illegals to vote. All they have to do is lie on the federal voter registration form. Voter ID laws do not prevent voter fraud for illegals.

Someone that is unwilling to abide by our immigration laws is certainly able and willing to check the box on the form saying they are here legally. Especially with motor-voter laws and states that freely provide driver's licenses for illegal aliens.

Canada and Mexico both have tougher voter registration and voter ID laws/enforcement than the US does. There is a reason for that. And it has nothing to do with claims of voter suppression. It is the democrats doing everything they can to court the illegals.

Go read the actual studies. They ONLY looked at votes cast in person and ONLY compared votes cast against voter registration. Absentee ballots allow for dead people to vote. There are thousands of examples of this. The system itself allows ANYONE to register. All they have to do is check a box on the federal form.

As a citizen (and a vet) I want to see a system that does not have a systemic flaw. Only citizens should be allowed to register. As it stands now, there are only two states that can require proof of citizenship in order to register to vote. The democrats have fought every other attempt to fix this systemic flaw.
