The biggest crux of a defamation case is a provable loss of income as a result from the supposed defamation, in my experience. I'm confused how Art proves this impacted him on any level and especially financially.

He could show what he was making and claim another comeback was underway. Something like that, anyway.

Especially since he's already blamed "the stalker" and COPD for his recent departure from his "on air" presence.  IMO.

Maybe that's why he's suddenly saying he wants to get back into broadcasting.

At least I think that's what he said.

The empty lines, and presumably less listenership or subscriptions, to MITD could be blamed on Weiner's comments? But Art, I thought, claimed he is no longer associated with the show (even if it uses his voice for promos. But C2C also used his voice for promos and even replays shows- like tonight- even though he is no longer associated with them?)

Over a comment a guy on the radio made? This situation must be more serious than a stalker shooting at his house guize, Asias life may be in danger this time.

Art needs put in a old folks home ~desu

Oh right.  Like that's gonna happen.  Walmart and other big box stores would have to close their doors.  Ivanka and her daddy's clothing/shoe/jewelry line would be forced to move their manufacturing from China to someplace like Africa....Oh, wait!

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-3824617/Trump-factory-jobs-sent-China-never-come-back.html

I love it when people say this or that will 'never happen', implication being it's a complete waste of time.

It doesn't need to happen.  Not even be brought up.  Just alluded to, and not even publicly.  Message sent, message received, behavior changed.  One thing about the Chi-Coms, they measure every comment and action from every angle looking for hidden and not so hidden meaning - they get it.

Given the Trump wealth, I doubt Ivanka's savings by making her things in China instead of, say, Thailand or Indonesia amounts to much.  It's got to be a vanity project as much as anything, I'm no Trump expert but I'm guessing she's being groomed to take over for her father at some point.  The family is set.

Art has no case. The suit will be thrown out.  End of story.

In the case of Arthur Bell  v. Michael Weiner, it is.

What is also interesting is that NOW all the leftists are concerned about impact to "big box" stores, which for the past decades, have complained about because ruining local mom&pops, gentrifying neighborhoods, causing "food deserts," paying low wages, and using "slave labor" from China- in addition to the environmental mental concerns and carbon/impervious-cover. Hilarious.

Bell can blame Canada next.  Why not, they seem as good as any.

Like the guy on the prior page who's now all worried about foreign policy.  I mostly just tune it out.

Have you noticed we only have homeless when there is a Republican president?

Brace yourself for the discovery of 'millions' living on the street.

Maybe you didn't notice but I specifically used the word comeback, denoting a future endeavor, not MITD.  ;)

You're talking about the same people that have been repressing the Tibetan people and harvesting their organs, right?

Or is that more of your "fake news"?? Be specific, Mouthpiece.
The Fallon Gong people, as well.  They seem to harvest organs of anyone whom they consider political prisoners.  Chinese with some money buy their baby food from Germany and Australia because they are so fearful of contamination.  They are horrible polluters.

I wonder what the chances would be that they could find a judge and jury that are not familiar with the history?  lol's

I love the persecution complex.  Here is an article form last year published by reuters (yes, during an Obama administration) citing 500 000 homeless. I'm sure a quick google search would turn up hundreds more stories.

' . . . " the complaint states. "At present, Mr. BELL is strongly considering resumption of his radio broadcasting and journalism careers," the complaint adds. "However, the Statement has harmed his professional reputation and is hindering his efforts to return to broadcasting and journalism."

But not quite the exaggeration of numbers and daily drumbeat we had under Reagan and the Bushes, and that we'll soon have again?

Now that Mrs Clinton is out, Big Media is once again seeking out corruption and feigning outrage, rather than denying and covering for it - suddenly no infraction is too small to be irrelevant, no action above twisting into something sinister.  I predict soon they'll be demanding presidents follow the Constitution and will once again become experts in separation of powers and limits to the executive branch.

Oh wait, is that my persecution complex again?  Can you try not being a chump?

I don't know where you've found "leftists" "concerned" about a potential demise of the big box stores, but I don't know any.  Pimp daddy capitalists like the Trumps depend on American consumers buying a bunch of cheap, imported shit they don't need.  I haven't shopped at these places for years. I'm primarily a thrift store shopper; recycle, reuse, remake, remodel.  One man's trash...

I would love to see a source on this.  I kept reading about how much worse homelessness was after Obama took office than under Bush (the whole financial melt-down and foreclosure "thing".)  Now your telling me that the media was reporting it as bad under Bush but not mentioning it under Obama?  Strange...

I spent a few minutes with Google but just could not find the "millions homeless" under Bush that you claimed.  What I do find is more news articles from Obama's time saying "Local and state homeless groups have seen a 61 percent rise in homelessness since the foreclosure crisis began in 2007." And "There is an uptick, no question about it, in homelessness in most places in our country."

I suppose you have your narrative- I just cannot find anything to back it up (and I'm not willing to trust your memory.)  What I do find are articles (particularly from the start of Obamas presidency) saying how bad homelessness was due to the financial melt down.*

*Fair enough- they do not blame Obama or his policies- but they do say that it got worse during his time in office.  Also noted is that not a single one of the articles that I read blames Bush or his policies either...

Oh, here's this piece of trash. A sewer is backed up somewhere if this person is floating around again.

Meaning, of course, that you remember me humiliating you by questioning your premises to the point you couldn't think of what else to do but insult me.

A Merry Christmas to you, too, dumbass.
