They went in thinking the meeting was going to be about access.  Fuck those people.  It's long past time someone called them out to their faces on their dishonesty and destructiveness.

I hope he didn't offer them a thing, other than an uncomfortable chair and some luke-warm water in a paper cup.

The very best part about all of this is that not a single one of them will feel beholden to Trump.  Not a single one will feel the need to suck up to a new administration and cut him any slack.

Finally, the media is not going to be in bed with the president and will be free to report what they see without tempering it...  This one really works both ways and I could not be happier with the outcome.  Donald can call them all corrupt fuckers, and they can report on what they see without personal feeling of warmth clouding the way that it is reported.
