No, of course they should not be bullied.  Though to be truthful, being bullied when young can lead to stronger fortitude among mature folks in the face of overwhelming odds so maybe there are benefits to a small amount of bullying when young.  I'm not advocating it but I was bullied too and came out stronger because of it.

Very well said.  Another byproduct of being the  target of a bully, is that it can teach you tolerance. One of my sons is going through it right now.   I greatly dislike the way the schools handle this stuff nowadays, and I would rather them not even get involved.  My wife and I are teaching our son to disregard, ignore, speak with civility, and how to defend himself should the need arise.  Yes, we should all be vigilant out in society and look out for our fellow human being.  This is America.  We are supposed to be a huge melting pot aren't we?  Of course there are going to be those ignorant, hateful people out there.  All we can do is watch out for them.

I voted for the wall.  But a wonderful, high tech wall that can easily be entered and where one can find water and food.  A vast network of security personnel (jobs of the future?) would then process everyone coming in.  The first steps of entering into the USA would then be taken and everyone would then be returned to country of origin at country of origin's expense.  They would then wait for their turn to enter legally.  If anyone tries to enter the wall a second time then game over.  Special retina cameras would identify them and the wall's doors won't open.  There are lots of variables of course, but these can all be worked out in the next four years.
