Like every politician or President since time immemorial, what is more frustrating is that people "buy it." Ideally the President and the government should get out of the way and shouldn't be held responsible for a good, or bad, economy, unfortunately due to infinite regulations, crazy large budgets, and complex taxation schemes the government, and the President, have a lot to do with the economy but not everything.

Yeah, you're right in general.  But we've already heard the Ds ''side''.  For over a year now.  And it's a crock.  So now Obama's criminal behavior has been exposed they have a new ''side'' they forgot to put out before?  And that's simply the other ''side'' of what the Rs finally uncovered?  Um, not really interested.

I agree.  There just appears to be a growing number of people who are now happily limiting themselves to only watch or pay attention to sources that already present the news as they see the world and consider everything else as a lie.

Exactly. A lot of preaching to the converted. I guess everyone likes confirmation for what they believe. I know I do but it can be a weakness so I do try giving the other side a fair hearing.  That said, I'm pretty set in my ways and have been since about 1980 and I'll never vote for a Democratic candidate.  That party is destructive.
