The more thought I give this, the more ridiculous it becomes.

The man cannot trust himself enough to have dinner with a woman who is not his wife, or attend a function and have a drink if his wife is not present?  You argue that  "anyone is liable to make wreckless decisions  under the influence of alchohol, especially when we are young." And I agree- but Pence is not 18.

If he cannot trust himself to NOT act on impulse and jump a woman after a martini, can he trust himself enough not to punch a foreign dignitary in the face if he gets upset?  He is old enough to have learned self-control and it is kind of scary if he still cannot even trust himself...

***All of this said- I do agree that it really is his business (and his wifes) how he wishes to interact with people.  Maybe she is a psycho jealous bitch and this is just him protecting himself from getting punched when he gets home after a drink at the pub with friends? 8)

He's merely following Billy Graham's example.  He had the same policy never to be alone with a woman other than his wife.

IF very little comes from it, it will be because Trump's accolytes will make sure nothing comes from it.  You don't need to watch it because you know you'll see an Emporer with no clothes, and I get that, I really do.

The Washington Post published a great page detailing the connections between the Trump team and Russian interests.

Nothing will come of any of this because it's all a smokescreen.

The issues here are Hilary Clinton's illegal unsecure server, and Barrock Obama spying on the Trump campaign and the Trump transition.  The rest of it is a great muddying of the waters by those out to a) delegitimize Trump and block him from enacting the policies he ran on, and b) protect Hilary and Barry.

That's silly.  Many Christian men do this, as well as some devout men of other religions.  I think that's silly as well, but they don't end up having affairs or getting divorces either, so there's that.

There's that hard-hitting journalism I've been in admiration of my whole life.

It gets better every time you tell it. Play It Again Sam.

He's a public figure AND a target of the lib MSM.  Not only wise to avoid potential impropriety but the appearance of impropriety, as well.  It's not like he's Trump or the Man Who Can Do No Wrong, Barack. ;)

Christofascist (s) / Christofascism
(Google it)

Not being an anti-Christian bigot myself, can you explain the reasoning behind its appeal?

Has as much, if not more, to do with what people might say to that generation of church-going gossips we've nearly forgotten now.

Ahh. The  old "Billy Graham" rule  that disallows travelling or eating with a woman who is not your wife.  I prefer to follow the "Jimmy Swaggart" rule that states "it's none of your damn business if I am riding around with a prostitute in my car.

I just cannot imagine having to tell one of my female employees that I cannot do their evaluation with the door closed- or that Bob will have to be present during her evaluation as I cannot possibly be alone with her.  I believe in common sense.

Now, I can see the benefit in it for some men- and it obviously worked for Billy Graham (too bad his grandson did not see the wisdom in the rule.)  It may work for Pence as well.  I know Christians who will not touch alcohol because they believe it evil and not a one is an alcoholic.

Generally, I am all for the rule that allows every man (and woman) to choose how they interact with the world around them.  Everybody should set their own terms.  Whatever gets you through the day.

While they each (including Pence) have the right to determine their own rules and what actions they need to take to remain faithful to their morals, I am still going to say it is screwed up that you need "rules" to prevent you from cheating.  (Unless, of course, he spells it Myke Pence...) ;)

There is the perfect example of somebody that Myke Pence should be able to allow himself to be alone with and not question if the physical attraction is going to lead to hot monkey sex...

And WTF kind of statement is she making?!?

That will explain why both Rep majority houses aren't looking into Clinton then. And why the FBI and CIA haven't publically said they're lookng into Clinton or Podesta. Lol... But don't stop believing.

There's a blast from the past! That god fearin, rooten tooten, pious, hypocritical preacher man.

One of Nixon's audio tapes includes a conversation between Nixon and Graham that the Graham crackers don't like hearing. Graham blamed Jews from the "Synagogue of Satan" for pornography: ''They're the ones putting out the pornographic stuff,'' Graham said on the tape, after agreeing with Nixon that left-wing Jews dominate the news media. The Jewish ''stranglehold has got to be broken or the country's going down the drain,'' he continued, suggesting that if Mr. Nixon were re-elected, ''then we might be able to do something.''

You think he wants immunity to dish the dirt on Podesta but not Trump in front of the senate/ in court? The 'speculation' is recorded on video. They both said it.
Then Trump and Flynn are honest, believable people.

Ha, right. Those pious ones are the worst. As young girls we learned to avoid the deacons from our Southern Baptist church. One of them ran off with his kids teenaged babysitter.

You appear to relish in posting memes to try and nullify what even Trump uses to outline hs hourly thoughts, but don't seem to say how you know the press (all of it apart from surprisngly Fox and Breitbart) are in on a huge conspiracy to trot out stories that make the WH shit its collective pants. Please state your sources.

Rump pesonally? Into his account?  He means those that cheat who are found out, yes? Any word on those working for foreign governments when holding office in the WH?
