It's safe to assume it's not about party lines anymore but keep pretending it's still 2008. I'm sure that's going to work out just great for you!   ::);D

Check out this years top hit! How will they every improve on it?  ;)

It sure seems like party lines.  Listen only to the Donald- everything else is fake news and disinformation.  There is now only one place to get your instructions of what to believe and if you dare to question it, your are automatically "someone with their head is so far up their own ass it's actually kinda sad."

You should! He fought against the foreign influence, big banks and unchecked centralized power in his day.  ;)

He was also largely responsible for the confiscation of Native American lands.  My Mom's family hails from Jackson, TN, named after the the man.  I still don't care much for him.  I'm sure he had his good points as you pointed out but he did some truly reprehensible things.

Quote from: Zetaspeak on March 15, 2017, 08:37:29 PM
Considering he's the only Presidential candidate since Nixon to not give out his returns, of course you have your suspicions up. Then the bizarre defense of everything Russia, people wonder what's the connection. If he puts out his tax returns and nothing is there, great, nothing is there. But is he as charitable as he claims, is he as rich as he claims. There's one way to know, and it's not some guy bragging about it with continues words of "trust me"

Did she really rub her hands like a cartoon villain or was the your perspective of it. I listed the two tweets hyping the show, it didn't seem like she bragging about a huge "gotcha moment" and read more like I got this information and I will pass it forward on my show. You're right, I think it was a "nothing burger" but still rather have that piece of information than shelving the story.

Maybe I am jaded being on bellgab and seeing every video being posted as "HUGE NEWS, SOMEBODY IS GOING TO JAIL FOR SURE FOR THIS!!!!!" jeeze you want to talk about exaggeration look at the titles of some of the videos posted talking about Maddow "Epic Fail, Career Suicide,  scoop’ fails miserably, A MESSAGE SHE WILL NEVER FORGET!" Now THAT' some click bait exaggeration

When you suggested there are times that we get balanced reporting from these folks, that this was an example of it, and that people critical of the Democrat media were somehow the problem as usual, I posted my take.  I thought it explained the reaction she got, and why it was fair.  You don't have to agree.

Trump is also the only president in a very long time to have done something in his life other than seek political power.  Coming from the private sector means he isn't accustomed to presenting whatever documents hostile reporters demand, and hasn't spent his adult life filing net wealth and campaign funding papers.  Businesses have proprietary information they don't want disclosed to competitors, often financial.  There's really no reason for him to disclose anything.

Interestingly enough, all the Libs, Socialists, Democrats, Marxists, ''Progressives'', and other fascists understood this and defended it to their deaths when it was Obama stonewalling on releasing documents.  Except his were as innocuous as passports, legislative calendars, school records, and a simple non-forged birth certificate.  How many presidents do we go back to before finding one refusing to release those?  We aren't told.

I'd also kind of like to know why every comment by Trump needs to be immediately backed up by ''evidence'', or be considered false, yet every suspicion by the hostile media must be assumed correct until Trump proves it false.

I realize all the people out there convinced the Democrat Fake News Media are simply fallible, but even-handed journalists aren't going to see the contradiction.

Andy OK in my book. Stuff happens. We are seeing it now here and in Europe (elsewhere also, but don't care, as much there. Still care but, now, it is us first. Sadly.) The real global minority race goes? The one that ended slavery? Brought modernity and most, not all, technology?  Funny when some Muslim or Chinese swarms the London Museum etc n destroys, or puts In their villas stuff we saved. I'm betting on the Chinese. Longterm thought and race thinking- but there a key time to defeat them because they are also a diverse society, actually and so many issues. Russians also? Tho I could see them consolidated and going smaller, unified but expanding internal cohesion and using external conflicts to do so. And then going to bunkers...and. they have some vast places. And the Brexit etc of the EU means a even stronger German influence. Ramblings.....but mark my words.

Andrew Jackson was truly duplicitous in his dealings with the Indians.  He claimed he was their friend to their faces but stabbed them in the back when they weren't looking.  I have Choctaw blood in me and that part of me can't forgive him for his treachery.

Long run, long term investments are concepts that don't jive with the mercurial, six times bankrupted Donald Trump. Go right ahead and gamble with your money. But mine is in a safer place--under my mattress..shhhh

Tirol, Constantinople, various (too many to mention) Balkan incidents, and forget about Asian stuff. Stuff happens. Sell outs. Politics. Agreements broken. And blood feuds and recriminations based on that is usually not good, long term. Andy ok in my book. Aside from a few, mainly up north-east tribes, that stabilzed by killing each other but the  a
quickly aligning with/ playing against European antagonists, we get this woo-woo version. Read up on the Plains etc Indians or the ones here by the Gulf. Some tortures and raping that even Obama's rebels in ISIS or coming over the border Cartels would admire.
Ps: I dont know Choctaw so won't say any bad on them. But if they were a civilization I would imagine they did bad stuff sometimes.

Christ! You sound like a friend of mine who when I informed him of the demographics of Islam in the world he tried to justify it by jumping to find the moral equivalence right away and said, Well, at one time we were pretty brutal to them and still are. Maybe it's their turn now. Then I said that if he truly believed that he'd head over to Syria and volunteer himself as a prisoner but for some strange reason he wasn't going for it. I mean, really?! How far back does any race have to pay for the sins of their ancestors? Shouldn't we all just start dealing with the here and now? Jackson was a good man for opposing the foreign influence of big money abroad and at home the tendency of government to consolidate and centralize all power.  ;)

I have yet to stand in line to praise emperor Trump or the sleazy piece of work who ran against him.  I guess if there is a "party of cynicism", I may just toe the line.

I have yet to see you do anything but cheer every decision made by the orange one.  There is yet to be a politician or party that does not make me ill with their arrogance while claiming to be "just an average joe."

You just go back to blindly cheering and I will continue my blind cynicism towards everything political.  I'm sorry if that includes the "chosen one."

I'll tell you what.  When he does something truly groundbreaking and worthwhile, I may join your ranks.  Do something major like fixing the Fed and the banks who control it, and I may just join you in your praise of him.  Until then?  It is all just bread and circuses to keep people entertained and distracted.  Cue the dancing bear for you to applaud.

You do nothing but parrot mainstream media talking points on here, for the most part but now I'm supposed to believe you're the James Dean of political ideology though?! Let's not forget that Maddow went all in on this shit show and hyped it to the hilt beforehand. When delivering this blockbuster news story her affect changed to that of a stunned rodent when she realized that her journalistic coup amounted to three pieces of paper containing mundane and hardly surprising information.  I'm wondering how she'll spin the fact that her best efforts have resulted in a net gain for Trump and a blizzard of ridicule directed at her and MSNBC.

Just for the record;
this same "Dyke" kicked Fox's Ass all last week with her TrumpRussia coverage!  HaHa!  ;D ;D ;D

$20+ BILLION for a project that will never be completed. By the time this boondoggle gets started he and his cronies will be long gone. His great wall will be a modern ruin like one of his casinos. Even the border officials and local authorities think it's a stupid idea. They'd rather have more guards, costing a mere fraction of the projected $20+ BILLION. What a joke. Another of his silly campaign promises gone awry. Bend over people.

http://thehill.com/homenews/administration/324118-trump-makes-15-billion-request-to-congress-for-border-wall

But many obstacles stand in the way of completing the project, which could cost more than $20 billion, according to internal Trump-administration estimates.

Funny, as I generally don't consume mainstream media.  Maybe it is so pervasive that it just draws in all of us "unthinking" rubes like a black hole.  Good thing that you are immune and able to think for yourself (providing your president provides you direction.)  ;)

Unlike you, we only vote for a president here. They're just men and (maybe one day) women. I made what I feel is the best choice for the direction of the country. So far as I know it doesn't involve taking direction from Trump. On the contrary, for the first time in a fuck of a long time, he seems to be listening to what I want. Crazy and inconceivable for a Canadian, I know. You had to elect a non-threatening metrosexual friendly to globalism. You weren't given any other choice.  :D
