I can't recall the actual name of the form (subjunctive?), but if you wanted to say "I spoke to you" it would be "Je te parle"  He spoke to you: "Il te parle" You spoke to me "Vous/Tu me parlez/parle",  He spoke to them "Il ses parle" &c...

On reflection, though, I was wrong; there is a verb form "to parley" in English.  But to say "I parleyed you" sounds wrong to my ears; it should be used with "at" or "with".  I have the same problem with Twitter:  "I tweeted you" just sounds stupid always wants to become "I twittered at you" or "I twitted with you".  Generally I hate it when companies try to force branding of a generic activity with their trademark, like "to google".  Hopefully they shut all these damn things down before I have to reach a verdict on the matter.

Well... Apparently that is just if you want to be "verified." I don't- so I did download it. Of course, it is not even a regular APK- it is a xapk. And my new phone is from China- so I had to look up how to use developer options and disable some additional Chinese features.

But it's done now. Just in time for the outage starting tomorrow. (I don't know if it has been posted yet. But Google took them out of the play store. Apple took them out. And now Amazon has decided to pull their service on their servers which is expected to crash the site for a week while they rebuild... But I'm sure it is all innocent.)

Again, Fuck the tech companies who make me learn how to use developer options on my phone to get around their blatant censorship.
