She's clapping her hands for herself and laughing like a hyena.  She thinks people think she had an affair with Art, because of the music she plays,  so her idea of a gag, is to play love songs on the air, thinking that is going to piss people off, when she plays this stuff for bumper music.  She says she is preparing these tunes as very subtle, very gentle trolling.

She says its so subtle, they probably wont get it.
