Douglas has SO many drops, I have to guess he has a really cheap computer with a small hard drive, and little memory. One of my idiot friends bought one of those laptops with a 35 gig hard drive, and Windows 10 S on it. Idiot. It's not even as good as an android phone.

The BLM needs to be investigated in a lot more states than just California IMO.
