More BS from Dietrich regarding this. Although there is an investigation by the USMC of missing C-4, it happened two weeks after the DC incident, and at 29 Palms, CA.

I think the odds of clerical or other error are better than some BS story of a couple hundred pounds of explosive being stolen. That's like two pallets load.
