Agreed.  I went on a class trip with 2 other colleagues who couldn't decide what to do with the kiddies in different situations until I finally took command and steered the group...and yes, we did have a good time.

So, what he is saying is that it is good to get different opinions about an issue or problem, and then make a sound decision from all the different perspectives.  This is not unlike what we've learned from our parents and grandparents about asking questions and opinions from others in order to make the best decisions possible.  This isn't anything new.

Agreed.  Art can talk about anything and make it interesting.  Hopefully, he can do a once or twice a month podcast just to share his thoughts about things.
