That was weird.  I'm running on fumes and zero sleep in the past 36 hours or so, and barely made it home from the SLC airport to fire up Skype.

Then, was it me falling asleep, or the Skype cutting out, that left me unable to hear about 10 percent of any given caller, or question from RCH.

Still like my plan -- President Obama resigns, President Biden nominates former President (and Constitutional Law professor) Obama to the SCOTUS.  Biden picks Michelle Obama as VP (making former President Obama both a SCOTUS justice and "second dude"), runs for election as the incumbent.   Then appoints Hillary to the SCOTUS with the next opening.

If you call that "politics" and are becoming bored by it, okay -- I call it absurdest,  late-night, radio performance art -- as in "How silly can you get and still be taken seriously by the host?"

But . . . really, how many federal officials go to Texas to die so they won't have to have an autopsy?

Highlight of the show for me was the question I was asked about the UN initiative following the Citizen Hearings. So much momentum lost and not a single gravity wave to show for it . . .

Yep I did.  Richard forgot to give his VP predictions.  I expect he will start the show with those tonight.  I'll miss it, am going to sleep now and getting up at 3:30AM MT to catch a 5:30AM flight to Indiana to visit my 91 year old dad (doing great, still living on his own).

Back in a week and will probably be offline until then.

FYI Looks like I'll be calling in for a few minutes at the top of the show on Saturday morning April 2nd to recap the screening of FIRE IN THE SKY at the Sonoma International Film Festival and to promote the UFO Film day there on Saturday April 2nd when we will screen TRAVIS, the documentary by Jennifer Stein and interview Travis Walton himself!

Just got a call from a friend of mine who reports that I called him repeatedly between 1AM and 3AM last night. 

So some hacker upset with Richard Hoagland, or just out for a fun time, has spoofed my cell phone.

Apparently they can make it appear that I am the one calling, as they did with my wife and my friend Mike, and they have no ethical concerns about doing this in the middle of the night.

So, what, now they have all the phone numbers from my cell? 

Didn't interfere directly with the interview as we were on Skype (so no call waiting going off repeatedly as it has for other guests). 

So kinda a high price to pay to be a guest on this show.

And I've let Richard, Robin and their new producer know I'm available ANY time.

Well, Richard said that Robin's show was the "Cat's meow" so, yes, I mewed.  It's 3AM my time, some asshat has been calling my wife's cell phone, and mine, throughout the show.  Caller ID shows as 301 266 9911 and I was getting a bit punchy.

I also let out a YIKES when my wife showed up asking me why her phone was ringing all night.

There's only ONE person I gave her number to when I was first on with Richard.  And, as a guy with a PhD in Telecommunications I'm taking it as my mission to A) have you tracked down and prosecuted and B) ah, never-mind, what is this Junior High?

IMO it's obvious that we are not alone and someone(s) is/are visiting.  Not sure what more than that will/can be disclosed by any humans.  Obviously THEY could disclose ANY time and for whatever reason (our own well being I hope) they have chosen not to do so.

I have hopes for world peace/humanity uniting once it knows we are not alone/THEY are here and watching. But it is a hope, not a firm believe and certainly not an entirely logical conclusion.

Chances are high that I will try to further explicate my hypothesis that the Cosmos is teeming with Libertarians (all advanced life, given enough time, will either adopt the NAP as a core paradigm for its politics, or self-destruct before getting here -- this is, BTW, the exact opposite of what we will see in the INDEPENDENCE DAY sequel coming this June).

I'm also likely to retell my Buzz Aldrin story (that ran in every theater at the Sundance Film Festival two weeks ago on Volunteer Appreciation Day).

Beyond that, since my last appearance, I've been to the Consumer Electronics show (and may share a bit about the almost-sci-fi technologies there) and about OPERATION AVALANCHE and a few of the other 25 films I saw during the 2 weeks of the Sundance Film Festival this year (including BIRTH OF A NATION), the Samsung VR/New Frontiers labs. etc.

In April I'll be MCing the UFO day at the Sonoma International Film Festival where, among other things we're showing BOTH FIRE IN THE SKY and the new TRAVIS documentary (and I'll be interviewing Travis Walton about his experience).
