I was just listening on Tune In and fell in love with a piece of bumper music during the clown discussion. It was a haunting piece with an abstract vocal. Is there a listing of bumper music somewhere for this show?

The media frames this debate over the California legislation as being between common sense science and crazy anti-vaxxers. In fact, many of us who oppose the California school requirement are not anti-vaccine at all. Our problem is that two years ago, Merck and Pfizer lobbied to get legislation passed that frees them from any liability. And now vaccines will be required for school. That's no coincidence.

The focus here is on making children into profit centers when it should be about childrens health. But that's not what you see on the news.

I turned this one off very early on. This guy didn't know what he was talking about. He stated early on that some of the early console companies survived, like Atari. Thanks for that. I do wish it was a peer reviewed science journal and not a semi-tabloid like the NYT, but that's a good start. What I was actually referring to, though, was the actual process of oil being produced inside the earth. I would like to see a theory of "this is how the oil is actually being manufactured." I'm honestly curious about how this is thought to happen. This article just suggests that oil is a fossil fuel seeping up from larger deep reservoirs to fill those that are drained.

I am listening to Coast right now. I've just always believed that a psychic octopus is part of a cycle. Aaaabsolutely.

If you have a link to any scientific theory as to how this actually happens, I would like to see. No sarcasm, I will check it out.  Absolutely not all oil is fossil fuel. We know that for sure. We can even make synthetic oil, of course. That doesn't mean that oil wells fill back up in a few years  as Mr. Snoory seems to "believe" and not say....ten million.

Oil may or may not be abiotic. But a scientific discussion that always boils down to "I've just always believed..." is not a scientific discussion. That's my real point here.

Ok, so like some of you may know that the United States was once a net exporter of oil.  Hubbert's peak occurred in the 70's and U.S. domestic oil production has declined ever since. If oil is magically created in the earth endlessly, then why have the oil fields in the United States not magically replenished themselves? How retarded does one have to be to not get this?

I am so happy to find my fellow Snoory detractors. I've been going crazy thinking I was the only one!

All this guy does is sleepily read a list of questions regardless of what the guest says. The magic of coast was that Art could tease the really interesting bits out of the guest. I appreciate that Ian at least engages the guest in a dialogue but unfortunately Ian is not very bright and enamored of his own very bad sense of comedy, which is often dropped inappropriately into a very serious discussion in the most offensive way. 

Thank goodness for George Knapp. Too bad they give him so many fluff stories like "D.B. Cooper". Who cares about D.B. Cooper?

Can we please change the name of the show to Ego to Ego A.M.? Snoory astonishes me with how much he thinks he understands topics like spirituality or physics and his understanding is like kindergarten. This guy absolutely cannot connect the dots when someone like Lynne McTaggart or Nassim Haramein comes on. He's way out of his league. This guy actually thinks he is an authority on subjects he has no comprehension of!
