Falkie, are you in this condition because of that fateful night in jail so many years ago?  Did you order the tampons so you could shove them up your own ass, you know, to stop your "Aunt Flow"?  If you show up at the ER first thing in the morning, maybe you can beat all of the non-caucasians there so you can be first in line to get this checked out!  Stay safe out there!

I've been lurking again for quite a while, but had to post after seeing this!  I tried really hard to be a FOF (friend of Falkie), but he crossed a line after he found out I am female.  Falkie PMd me these photos, and said he had a film he would send me if I wanted to see more.  I told him that I did *not* want to see more and that he should leave me alone, but he wrote back that these were from when Sweet K had the Go Pro running (mayo cam?) for some POV shots.

Yes - unfortunately it's true that I do have a brain tumor, which is called an acoustic neuroma and is fortunately non-cancerous.  I was diagnosed with it at this time a year ago, and have been on a surgery wait list since then.  My neurosurgeon called me late last week, and I'm scheduled to go in to have it removed early next week.  I'm not in any pain, but do have symptoms such as balance issues, fatigue, and numbness in half of my face.  I'm looking forward to having it taken out as I hope it will alleviate the issues I've had, and I have a good prognosis for recovery.

I don't know when I'll be back on BellGab - would imagine it would be at least 2 weeks - but am not really sure.  Everyone has a different result with the surgery, and recovers at a different rate.  You can find people who have a very good outcome, and are posting videos about it on YouTube a couple of weeks later, and then others who are struggling with their recoveries.

I wouldn't personally be offended if someone joked about my situation, but realize that any serious medical issues are not laughing matters for people who have them or their families, so I would not say any of this stuff as a joke or "trolling" behavior.  I've told Drone and George about my condition, but haven't posted it on here publicly until now because this thread (much like the "ruse, as you call it") was never about "Ol' Gerry" anyway.  I'm going to let MV know that they are allowed to talk about my surgery in the coming week if they choose to post anything about it so they won't be penalized for posting another member's personal information.

I appreciate your asking and concern, and am willing to answer most  questions that people might have.  Meatie Pie asked about it a couple of weeks ago too when Falkie first mentioned it in a video, but I was banned that same day I believe, so couldn't respond (I did PM him when I came back).  Thanks.

Whoa now. While I can't say I'm not flattered by the comparison, I am not Gerry. I'm simply a fan of this forum, and, I'm not afraid to admit, a fan of Falkie as well.
