Wow, it's been a very long time since I have logged in, although I have been reading these posts about once a week or so. Good to see Art getting back on track. Kris and I will be getting back into the paranormal venues and our Ghost Gab podcasts too! We are excited. I see Falkie has been branching out also. Good for him.
Hey Art, don't forget about Maj Ed Dames. I really enjoyed listening to you and him discuss remote viewing. I thought about getting him to help me find our password for BG, just in case I couldn't find it... but I did. Also maybe a guest could be James McCanney, a person who is also very interesting about many unique science topics. Hello to all you Bell Gabbers, glad you are still going strong with Art returning soon! Later!

note that her shill called her AMAZING too. maybe he's referring to her other skills.

Falkie, you got this right on the money! You have nooooooooo idea how right you are. BUT I DO!!, Beyond amazing, and a few other words that have not even been put to pen yet.
And thanks for sharing your thoughts on the other subject matter. On those points you were off a bit. She is a very experienced and seasoned paranormal investigator, not that your acceptance is required. But thanks for all those fun videos you do.

"Let's see that "info" you have, you fucking Master Haxor.
Let's have a little fun with this. I think that sounds fair.
It's been 2 months, after all.

Bart fucking Ell - the only person you're capable of exposing is yourself.

Actually the person was exposed, but the exposing was done by the person. I called the Gabcast one episode and explained I was the guy who had purchased the domain names during that somewhere in time event. Bart Ell never did mention it again. So, this may be new information to you in case you had not been following the entire Production. You can see who I am by going to our website www.rockymountainghostexplorers.com

Kris and I are really enjoying our podcast creations. We could probably do one per night with all the material we discuss during the evening. We have some guests lined up for some interesting future paranormal podcasts. We will probably start going LIVE very soon. That way we can take calls. I've been out of the podcast scene for a few years, so getting back in the saddle with Kris in this new venture is way more fun than my old podcast days. Her and I flow and interact very well, like the paranormal partners we are. ;)  I hope others find our topics interesting and do give us a listen every so often. Below is a list of the shows we've done so far, for anyone wanting to hear these.
Again, thanks for providing this thread for our Ghost Gab podcast. Kris & Mike of Ghost Gab

Thanks for the welcome. Yes, we have thought about possibly getting a cat that could assist on investigations. As you suggested, a cat might be the best choice. We may soon be seeking out a cat with those special qualities. A good location to find a special cat might be the alley behind the food establishment that is said to have a fondness for cats. Although Kris and I are not in the mood for chinese today we may try that delightfully exquisite parmesan cheese chicken recipe you suggested. Not only are you on the cutting edge of the paranormal field technology, you seem to be a culinary genius. Please do share more, and maybe consider starting your own paranormal group.
For all you new fans, we loaded a new podcast today. Show 9 is up at www.ghostgab.com

No, not Richard. It was on National Geographic for 8 episodes. The co-investigators were Erin Ryder, Ben McGee, and James Fox. Just wondered, thanks. Here is the NG link for the show, in case you want to see whatnit was about.

As I mentioned to some here via PM, my podcast will not be submitted for the Art Bell website, my choice. But for those who would like to hear what a one person space news related podcast with no guests sounds like, I just uploaded this weeks show. Here is the direct link to the mp3 file http://www.satwatch.org/spacegab_podcast_25nov2013.mp3 but if you want to see the show topics or want to hear any archived shows just go to http://www.spacegab.com
I was totally surprised when I found out about some who listen to it such as space agency personnel, other countries space related industry people and others like that. I received emails from a number of different countries space program heads which just blew me away. I'm sure all the wonderful podcasts that will be found on Arts website will attract a great number of listeners. Have fun with it!

For anyone who happened to listen to my space news podcast today here is an update to one story I talked about. The SpaceX Falcon 9 v1.1 did not launch today as expected. Liftoff from Space Launch Complex 40 at Cape Canaveral was scrubbed after three holds were called within the launch window, resulting in a postponement until Thursday. Unknown what exact problem is but they are working on it with Thanksgiving Day being the next attempt. I'll discuss this more during the next podcast. 73 Mike

The choice of a guest is all important and even more important is for the host to understand that some guests are the type that should be allowed to do most of the talking during the show. Art knows exactly what I'm getting at. Too often a show host who is inexperienced will interrupt a guest and stop the thought flow or flow of the conversation when it was on a good tone. Hosts need to pick guests wisely and research that guest prior to asking for an appearance. First listen to the possible guest on other shows to see what they are about and how they present. Some guests do need prodding to get them to talk but others shine when left alone to discuss their material. I have heard Art do this masterfully, and that is what makes him the best at what he does.

All in good fun..no offense to anyone here intended.
--Language warning though--

I just woke up and gave this a listen. That was fun thank you for sharing this. I would imagine it took some time to put it together. Nice work with the timing and choice of Arts words The choice of bellgabber characters was a nice touch. Tell your friend good work. With all that has gone on here he should have material for a few more of these. I use castblaster for my audio show and I wonder what he used to create this?

Funding and Artists

And Art.....

Reminds me so much of Tesla.

He had so many fundamental patents....at any time he could have been fabulously wealthy.
And easily, easily funded his experiments.

So he began building Wardenclyffe Tower on Long Island, New York.
His aim was to power the Worlds Fair in Paris from New York in 1905!
Where would we be today if he had done so?

But JP Morgan, withdrew his funding for the project.
He said, if he couldnt put a meter on it and sell the electricity, he wasnt interested.
The project collapsed.

When I lived in Colorado Springs I would stand on the spot where Tesla had built his first giant tower and imagine the energy that flowed there and times thought I could still feel some. That tower and lab in Colorado Springs were before the NY tower and facility were built. I'm sure you already know that but it was interesting how he caused the entire city to go dark during an experiment. He loved the lightning around the mountains and buried many spools of wire around his property among other things. They tore down his lab and sold the wood for some houses built in the area and some of his equipment is said to still be near where the lab was taken by people wanting to save his work. Other equipment is in museums or collections I imagine. I went with one paranormal group to a house in Cripple Creek where Tesla stayed during his visits to study the lightning. We even got that investigation of the My Ghost Story TV show, one of two they filmed for us. Tesla was amazing! I once even did a ham radio special event from the spot the lab was once located at. Tesla power!

I posted this yesterday in another thread as a reply but thought it might be good here for anyone thinking about getting into the podcast mode. It provides some basic information that allows for cheap or free podcasting on the fly. Although I do not desire my stream on artbell.com because I already have a set listener base, and it might be too boring for many, I am glad that others get a chance to be heard and artbell.com is a great avenue for that.

Repost from yesterday- Hi Snowdoggie.  Podcasting can be as simple as recording a program using a digital recorder then uploading that file to  server or website where others can play it directly on their computers. Another simple method that is free and allows for live streaming with archiving of your shows and also allows 5 callers to join your live show as well as a live chat window for listeners, is BlogTalkRadio. The free version is limited but you can purchase a monthly package for a very increased capability. But the free version is very good too. I have been on Blog Talk since 2007 hosting various type programs, mostly paranormal related. I currently just use the simple method of no-live show so I just record and upload the file on a website each week. That podcast is based on weekly space news at spacegab.com. I am also helping a new paranormal team start a Blog Talk show called Ghost Gab. We just recorded a test show and plan to do live shows soon. I've been a guest on many Blog Talk shows because of my paranormal past and early history in the craft, and TV show appearances, and have found it works well for me, even the free version. I think you'll find podcasting a very fun effort. You don't get the giant audience but it can still give you a good following depending on the type show, how you present it, and type guests you have on. Enjoy it if you do it. It can be very rewarding.

Agree, as most seasoned people know, behind the scenes is a much better approach. Emotions sometimes cause reactions that one regrets, once too late to take back.

Mr. Bell,
After reading your last post, you really need to find that guy with his time machine and go back to the end of your Spooky Matter show. Once there, DO NOT say what you said in the last 6 minutes or so. Then on the next Monday, without asking Sirius to waive your 30 day get out of the contract clause, prepare for your Monday night show, but approach Sirius with your independent broadcast deal, while you are still working with them under contract. When they say No, continue with your shows, letting your listening audience grow. Now, please put out that request for the time machine guy, it's the ONLY way to fix this matter, dark as it may be.

When I read a post Art wrote and these words were contained in that post,  "My contract allowed for a 30 day out, they waived that on Monday when Paul and I talked to them. Within 48 hours we came back to them with a viable idea and I said I could be on air the next day.", that is when I knew it was over.

KNYE story follows. One of our paranormal team members wife was inside the studios of KNYE once, when she and he bought a house less than a mile from Art Bell. She was there with the real estate agent who also does voice over commercials for KNYE. Our team member, Mike, being a ham radio operator planned on building a giant loop antenna like Art has at his house. But he was not able to move to Pahrump due to unforseen work obligations, and the house deal was not finalized. Imagaine if the two got to battling over the ham bands, being so close.
Mike also shares another piece of radio history with Art, both of them graced the front cover of Popular Communication Magazine; Art in the mid 2000s, and Mike this year. I have a feeling Art and Mike would have been ham buddies if he would have actually moved to the kingdom of Nye. We all hope Art gets back to broadcasting, whatever the venue may be.

Bell Gabbers, This is my first time, please be gentle with me.
Mr. Bell,
We are long time listeners and fans. Please, if you do come back a suggestion is in order; get your paranormal game back on! It was very obvious listening to your back and forth discussions that your paranormal game is off a bit. On you older shows you appeared more on top of things, more aware of fresh news, and more aware of the latest in the paranormal, science, and space field. We assume you probably kept up with these topics on a daily basis back then. Listening to you on your recent shows, that awareness to the recent events or current activities of the fields mentioned were just not as sharp, or even present. Please do not take this as a bitter rant, but take it as a plea for that old spark.
And we must add, those GIS EVP audio clips, the newer ones, very sad and pathetic. Clearly manufactured by current means of audio manipulation. EVP just don't sound like that. A quick read of a Thomas Edison book outlining how complex speech is produced will make one aware that a spirit or ghost is not able of producing such audio, as GIS presented.
