New Horizons' Best Close-Up of Pluto's Surface
Bb.....bbb.....but, Hoagland was the only one who got it right. He said so, and he has never been wrong about anything. Ever. Well, that's not entirely correct. He admitted that his Von Braun's secret calculation needed "revising", years ago. I am not sure how many. Expat will know the timeframe. Yet it still remains on his website.
Any scientist worth his salt will freely admit that if future data proves their hypothesis wrong they will change their position. Hoagland tries to emulate this view. He will say, " if new data appears to conflict with our original model, we are more than willing to change our model."
There is a caveat to this though.....which he will never utter. "As long as it doesn't detract from or disprove our base hypotheses."
He's a slippery old bugger. He is the pseudoscientific analog of trying to put an octopus into a string bag.

Woke up at one point, did I actually hear Hoaxland tieing ISIS to Isis? Again?
