Just came to check in whether or not Noory was still entrenched in his position that this is no big deal and that seasonal flu is much worse.  I now see that he is undeterred by new evidence, which I guess I should have known given his track record.

Has a successful 12 yr run on Paranormal Radio Show              Dave: Yep    Heater: Nope
Has a successful weekend show on Saturday and Sunday          Dave: Yep    Heater:  Nope
Has a successful True Crime Program on Tuesdays                    Dave: Yep    Heater: Nope
Travels the world with listeners to explore what he discusses     Dave: Yep    Heater: Nope
Has to get up early every day with 6 kids                                 Dave: Yep    Heater: Nope
Has his own legacy with 8 children and 3 grandkids                   Dave: Yep    Heater: Nope
Has wasted his time doing this                                                 Dave: Yep    Heater: Nope  (Well played Heater)

This is why Dave comes across as a better host IMOHO.  Because of the breadth of experience and going out to do field work, he's able to weave some of his personal experiences into the conversation to enrich the interview.  As opposed to "wow", "oh boy", and "intrashting".  He's coming from a point of experience that's on a whole other level.

Dear lord...that has to be the worst branding ever..."pirate"...admitting you stole or illegally copied something...a brand that would only appeal to past listeners, with nothing to appeal to a new audience (as they would not be able to make the connection with the MITD fiasco)...it's a cliched image/brand, used for liquor, tattoos, maritime activities, etc...but a late night paranormal talk show? Zero connection

Once again HW...

Heather's obsession with this whole concept of legacy and clinging to anything Art as a co-branding exercise is so odd.  She's a footnote in Art's legacy.  Every paranormal broadcaster since the 90's is Art's legacy.  Even the great Art Bell was a continuing legacy of precursors like In Search Of.

For Heathers sick cat Layla
Is she grifting for money to pay her $4,000 vet bill? The latest update states that Heather is aware of this campaign and it has her permission to exist. So will we see another campaign for her attorneys fees??

Someone should set up a GoFundMe for counselling services for Heather

I assume she's the one who's bought thekingdomofnye.com

So...she folded. Good for her. But the decision on a new brand was as rash as everything else she's done.

I think her ratio of advisors is a little heavy on the "Fuck yeah!  That's a great idea.  You're so smart!" people and a little light on the "Yes, but what about...?" people.

Like the Phoenix, Heather will rise from the ashes..
Vanquish her enemies and sieze what's hers.

And then burn it all down again, and rise from the ashes resurrected by the tears of her followers, and so forth and so on

Heather's open lines is so monumentally bad.  It's just one fawning fan after another.  She has a unique cult leader ability to stroke her group of profoundly lonely listeners to cultivate a sense of real relationship and family.  It's weird, creepy, and a little disgusting.

Is anyone on BellGab attempting to get through?  Is there a screener?  No way this list of loopy-in-love callers isn't hand picked.

What is it with these amateur "radio" show hobbyists always blaming their technical ineptitude on "THEY don't want us to get this message out" to our 20 listeners?  Good grief.  And..Basiago...he's gone full nut case.

Wanna bet Heather knows? Maybe that will be her Halloween show.  ::)

Heather seems to make up know a lot of Art stories, so wouldn't surprise me.

I just listened to last night's show and that ouija board story got me thinking.  Will we ever get to hear Art's ouija board story now that he's gone?  Did he ever tell it to anyone else or write it down?  Is it in his will to release it?

Lasha is not so bright.

Joseph Roberts is killing it on that particular FB group.  He's gonna get banned, but until then, he's calling Lasha out at every turn.

I'm listening to KNYE's stream on TuneIn.  They're running the same commercials as Dark Matter...

I can't wait to see Karen guest on MitD.

I was thinking the same thing.  Karen for MITD guest host.  She's family.  I second your nomination.

But...but guys...it's just that sooo many people are listening that it overwhelmed the network, or...or...someone is hacking the show because they want to keep her off the air.  I'm monitoring the fan sites on FB and those people are incredibly delusional.  Great.  The stream just dropped again.  This is more than my enormous appetite for schadenfreude can take.  Back to the Crystal Gayle approved MITD.

After the way she responded to George Knapp and all the rest of her poor behaviour, I don't see C2C offering a guest spot anytime soon.

You will note that many current guests in the genre he, basically, created still use Hotdog html, geocities-style pages, and etc!? It is awesome, that they do so. A tribute to him. Even C2C with Norry redesigned several times to make it a harder site to deal with, depending on platform and black backgrounds.  ;D

I have a love/hate relationship with Hoagie's website.  It's beautifully terrible.
