would it kill u7 to increase their pool of shows? I feel like i've heard every show on rotation by now, and artbellalways didn't seem to have any trouble with that.

So sad, maybe it'll pop back up again sometime, or something better might come along, who knows.

u7 radio is not the greatest but i've been listening to artbellalways for a week or so and it seems good so far, although i have heard some shows that were not hosted by art bell on there, in fact i'm pretty sure i remember hearing a noory broadcast at one point so yeah it might not be for everyone.

Thanks for a great listen, I have to say I even respect Dave a little bit.

He's got to do ghost to ghost in some form or another, the prediction shows were usually pretty hit and miss for me, but to be fair i was never actually around to listen a live one, the only prediction shows i've heard are the ones that were playing on the fine art stream from like 7+ years ago, and they didn't really hold up. From reading the posts in this thread, they weren't all that great live either.

***Which reminds me- I do not really care for anime... but if you get a chance to download Steins gate I would recommend it.  Very well written and does  great job with forcing your brain to think about time travel and various problems / solutions related to it.
I love Steins Gate, top notch anime, one of the best there is. I certainly hope something Titor related makes it's way into the show somehow, and i'd say a time travel line is a certainty.

Thank you so much!!!! I would worship you as a god if that position were not already filled by Art Bell.

Howard Bloom sometimes appears on on a youtube channel called TheAmazingAtheist, who i'm not a huge fan of really but i'm still a fan of Bloom and enjoy listening to his rants, here is a video where he talks about Bradley Manning, if anyone is interested. Thanks for your input. I'm halfway through book one. Pages 1-100 were difficult I must admit. Slow, and detailed, but it's picked up very fast. I'm excited. Is book 14 the prequel? I admit I didn't look into that already.
Not a prequel, but the ending of the series. I admit that i had trouble getting through the first two books, I wasn't really hooked on the series until the 4th book.

I just bought books 1-9 of his Wheel of Time series. I'm about to embark on months worth of reading, and I'm wondering what mindset I will be indulging into.

In anticipation for the release of the 14th book in January i would hope. I was fortunate enough to read the prologue and was impressed. Best of luck in your journey, it took me 6 months to get through books 1-13. In terms of political affiliation, does freemasonry count? :P

Knapp is by far the best host currently on coast to coast. His shows are really the only ones that keep me up listening. It's a shame he's so seldom on air.

I said literally the exact same thing. Mel's hole always keeps me up :)

Why did Mind Flayer Monk not respond to this? I found party monk and space monk particularly enjoyable.

Protip:  When calling my office to inquire about the services we provide, try and refrain from using the word "nigger" during the first 60 seconds of your call.

I cannot begin to describe how hard i laughed when i read this. That is why i miss your podcast sir. For comments like that.

This is exactly why i enjoyed those shows so much. Because it's still sort of a mystery. It hasn't been done to death like every other topic on coast to coast. It still keeps me guessing and makes me somewhat uneasy, the way i used to feel listening to coast.

I also love Lionel Fanthorpe, who Noory calls the "greatest storyteller ever born".  He's not far off.  Fanthorpe's British accent and voice are absolutely fantastic, and he has a gift for telling stories.
I agree 100% i've already stated this on the forum somewhere probably but he is a good story teller. He has a rare ability to make random bullshit sound entertaining. I hang on his every word, surprising as that is. I remember he once told a story about a lighthouse, the story had absolutely no ending, no real plot of any kind, but i was still somehow interested.

I like the one where he tells about how he and his identical twin brother, Giorgio Tsoukalos, ran away from home at the age of six, joined the circus, and were adopted by the Flying Wallendas.
lol he actually tells that story!?!? *___* You can't be serious.

take a look at his wikipedia article.  it will give you YET ANOTHER reason to hate the rock and roll hall of fame.  a fucking lame organization, that collection of humanity.

Disgusting. Why is the rock and roll hall of fame so needlessly arrogant?

Technology / Re: Facebook Sucks
June 05, 2012, 07:02:05 PM
I deactivated my facebook because personally, when i see people's inane status updates I have a strong desire to say mean things that I wouldn't say if I were physically talking to that person, this is something that i generally try and avoid on the internet. I didn't like the disconnect that I felt with people tbh.
