Hey Everyone! Hope everyone is doing well!


Saw the posts about guitars and had to comment. I was doing some "touring" back in 05 and 06 with a band I was in for sometime. We were in Toledo and there was about 5 people there (yes the band was a big failure much like my podcast) and one of the guys in the other bands had a 73 SG. He thought it would be a great idea to do a guitar flip for the massive crowd and cracked the neck in half. Not a expensive guitar but supposedly worth about 1200 in Average/ Good condition. In my eyes still a painful site to watch.


Also talked to Art briefly on Echolink a couple of times. Very friendly on the HAM. I find myself nervous not wanting to say anything stupid to him. I probably sound like a high school fanboy...I haven't brought up Coast either I don't want to be intrusive.


I haven't been searching around on here too much and haven't seen anything about this but I heard a new guy on Coast on Saturdays. I do live sound at a bar on the weekends so I caught a sliver of this new guy. You think they hired him because he voice slightly resembles Art's a little bit.

Alright based on mustache alone nothing else (we all know who the better host is...) who has a better mustache George or Art?  Let the debate begin!

I like the approach they have for lantern. They put out the secret origins book a couple of weeks ago and Reynolds wrote the forward for it. He says he is taking the role very seriously because the character means a lot to people and I will give him the benefit of the doubt.

I loved Thor can't wait for the blu-ray release.

However X-men first class was amazing. Could quite possibly be the best one of the series a close tie with X-men 2. Very seamless and captivating. It just worked and worked so well. I was afraid of this movie when I first heard about it but it could be the best one this summer.

Also looking forward to Cowboys and Aliens. I may go pick up the graphic novel this weekend.

Did a quick search and didn't see a thread about superhero movies. And since there is a couple coming out this year why not discuss it. What's everyone's thoughts on the ones coming out this year and the ones that have come out in the past?

i'd rather chew glass than listen to sheen talk. i just heard on the radio this morning hes going on tour for a spoken word q&a. and hes coming to my hometown of cleveland. this just adds to the reasons why cleveland is the most miserable city in america. he better be weairng his rick vaughn jersey thats all i got to say.

i think so. he has had a couple where he talks about it. i had this episode full but thought audio anomalies would forever be up so i deleted it except one hour. (sadly mistaken). he's honestly one of my favorite guests. This new garbage makes me want to vomit. If only it was 1994.

Nice if you find a Lear Episode entitled Revelations please let me know I have one of the four hours and I cant find the other three. Theres one called Arial Revelations which I have all of that one.  I just need revelations where he talks about the tower on the dark side of the moon.

I think you are thinking of David Adair. He wasn't bad. I have the 5 hour episode of Lear if you want it through email. I liked it.

I was quickly scrubbing through the boards this morning. What's everyone's thoughts on the Lear interview from 94 if you have head it.

i do remember an open lines episode where i think moondog or someone from another forum called in and tried to sneak flushing the the toilet. George heard him laughed and then asked him to flush it again.

hal consider option #3. and yes i know it sucked trust me i lost sleep over it. Stan did not suck at all. He handled us very well. I leaped into something before even getting remotely comfortable. I normally don't get nervous with anything but this time I did and that was the end result.  I think he saw that as well. However, I did state in our email exchange that the show was very small time and stressed that so he didn't get the wrong impression but I wanted to talk UFOLOGY with him and he generously agreed. He is an extremely nice guy. Thanks for the quantum kudos. 

well if thats the case and your discarding your art bell collection please send it to me for obvious reasons that i have a lot of notes to take and a lot to learn. hahaha after all the audio anomalies site has been down for over two months and i am about to cancel my stream link

Micheal and Mark thank you for letting it slide. I won't post on here anymore as spam. I know this is your baby and for people to spam on it and not use it for what it is for can be fustrating.


And Angels you're right I shouldn't have responded in such a manor. What else can I say but I'm sincerly sorry.

I know the show is no where near the caliber or even in the universe of Bell (or even Noory for that matter). I know that people are going to rip on me and say it sucks. And make fun of me for my looks. But no one is ever good starting out. Ever. I just wanted to and hopefully make a few new friends. I guess this was the worst way to start.

First of all no I am not a spammer. I am new to this and have read it daily since I have signed up. Second, I am just trying to get as much info out there to help the coast community (but I am more than certain you'll tel me that it doesn't need anymore fuel because you know everything). Third, if it's that big of an issue don't read the posts and quit being such a cry baby.  And yes I have reported on el doucherino and what I have learned is that your mothers having a hard time washing it out and its burning real bad.
