Yeah. I couldn't work at Hardee's without signing this thing precluding me from working at Steak and Shake and other competitors during the duration of my employment, or revealing secret recipes and all that sort of thing. Its standard operating procedure.

I doubt if Art really gives a fat rat's ass whether you listen to him or not -- ever again. And he's likely to nice to do so -- so I'll say it for him ... GFY azzhat. But of course -- if he does come back you are totally entitled to listen if you wish -- and that would totally be a decision that you, and only you, can make for yourself. Art would get squished. It's a fact. Howard Stern had an air-tight lawsuit against Sirius and was laughed out of court because he "already has enough money." The stupid judge would tell Art he's retired too much in the past so, tough shit. That's how U.S. judges are. Or, at least, a lot of them. They're allowed to do all sorts of stupid shit.

Well the tone was good, there is no tone to report today because there was no communication and
so that is all I am able to report. I try to be honest in my dealings with everybody and I have been
nothing but honest with Sirius/XM. I also am giving all of you the straight stuff.

When I was hired they just said come and have fun and if at any point you want to leave, no problem.
I didn't really want to leave, I just wanted a change in the structure to reflect what so many of their
other Host's do. I still think it would be a total win-win situation. They have not said yes and at the same
time they have not said no. I will let you know the moment I get word.

To answer your question, yes I have a two Year non compete. I am a bit puzzled
at the lack of response today but they are a big company and move slowly.

They may be concerned about my back problems, they are real and pretty awful
when they happen. It can cause me to lose a day or so because it is impossible to
move when it happens but so far I have always recovered.

Count me out. Michio Kaku is a nice guy but he fails to address the glass structures Hoagland found on Phobos.
