This is who to e-mail at Siriusxm for best results:

"Scott Greenstein is President and Chief Content Officer of Sirius XM Radio, overseeing all of the satellite radio broadcaster's programming, marketing and corporate marketing activities.

Greenstein has extensive entertainment industry experience, and prior to joining the company he was a consultant to SiriusXM on the strategic agreements that were forged with the National Football League and Penske."

.  This is the yay or nay guy, I would think, and messages really should go directly to him.  Lots of messages sent to others in the company don't get through to him, I am sure.
I tested this email and it hasn't come back so I think it is good.

This guy is a bigwig, so I'd keep it clean and professional, grammatically correct. If you do write in support of Art and the quality of their on-line streaming, It might be beneficial to point out the benefits Art's stream would bring in terms of revenue. He's into money big time, so that's what you'd want to sell to him. Hope some of the more excelled writers send him a note.

Tertiary, you also are a voice of reason here, and I hope you're right!

We need to let Sirius know about this stuff. Great minds think alike!

I hate to be a Debbie Downer or Negative Nellie but ......

How is the situation as it is now any different to the situation we were in after Spooky Matter?

I think we've all grown as human beings. In many ways --- and I don't want to be sacrelicious, here, so just appreciate that --- but this is a lot like what happened with Jesus.

Like art, he was famous and awesome. Like art, he was betrayed for thirty pieces of silver to the Romans by Judas (Noory). Like art, he was crucified and scourged with a cat of nine tails and was "dead" --- figuratively speaking, as in not on the radio --- for years. And like art, he eventually rose again in glory. But, also like art, he then died again for like, a week. Then, like art, he started posting on message boards and shit. And then everyone didn't know if he was sarcastic or trying to scare us or what. And then, like art, he got a live-stream going and had radio tower guys on it from Vegas.

Its a lot like that. Passion of the Bell.

It's really not but it has to be a positive sign that they're holding tests on Art's site and a TBA for tomorrow's show. I hope SiriusXM are considering the stream (and work on theirs in the meantime) because I don't see any reason not to go with it. They save 75k per year, equipment is already in place, the backlog of shows will be On Demand and the show will only stream live with their ads intact. Seems like a pretty good deal to me, an offer I hope they take - if management says no, Art will be off the air for two years. Still, I won't be streaming from his website and will use my radio in the car or house as usual... much more reliable than my current internet provider.

Works through the media player...........I'm waiting to hear a Janet flight come in......used to come in at 7:30, not sure if they do anymore.

They do..

Art!!!

Love your show, you're the absolute best. This is my first post, though I've read through this entire thread with a sickening feeling of disgust from a lot of the knee jerk opinions, childish rantings and absolute vulgarity. I hope you know not all of your hardcore fans are like this.

Please make this work!! (even if a little more compromise has to be made)

I would like to say that the On Demand part of XM is awesome and I would continue my subscription for that alone. If for some reason that is taken away with a new deal, I hope that you would make the broadcasts available for download via your site or even iTunes. I think many would buy them because we can't always listen live.

And for the record, I love the title "Dark Matter" and hope it continues.

Best of luck working this out!

I love him, too. Especially his hypocrisy.

Paul, I feel compelled to ask this....do you have the slightest inkling as to what decision the suits at Sirius will make?

I know you probably don't know any more than the rest of us as to what Sirius will do, but it never hurts to ask.

you're not the first to make the Bell/Jesus connection nor the judas noory connection.  This new narrative though contains the life after death stuff.  well put.

Please work out your business deals in private before you introduce your product to the public.  That, in itself, might save you some grief.  (Also, your spelling is atrocious.)

I wonder how Art would have survived without you busting his chops about his grammar skills.

I know. I got my test returned and think I left out the period out after his first name.  I've tried to send that amended and am waiting to see if it returns:
scott.greenstein@siriusxm.com

It's difficult to find their (execs)email accounts sometimes.  If you have a linkedin account you can usually obtain it that way.

I posted some contact info on the Art Bell thread a couple of days ago.

Me too.

I always loved it when Art talked about mundane things like that.

So Art what shows are you watching at the moment?

I need recommendations for some good TV. *

* I am only accepting recommendations from Art. All others need not apply. :)

He watches The Walking Dead and he used to watch Breaking Bad.  I cannot reveal my source as this was told to me in relative confidentiality.

George Knapp covered our situation in a weekly column:

King of the late night airwaves Art Bell, whose ballyhooed return to radio six weeks ago was reported in everything from Time magazine to CityLife, has changed his mind. Bell’s radio show was once carried on 550 or so AM stations (Coast to Coast AM) but he retired a few years ago, returned briefly, then retired again.

In this latest incarnation, he appeared four nights each week on Sirius XM satellite radio, but things didn’t work out. Bell posted a message on his website this week which said he was quitting the show, mostly because of recurring technical problems with the satellite feed. Those Bell fans who already paid for a year’s subscription to satellite radio are crushed, and some are posting pretty angry notes online. One said the explanation about technical problems is about as believable as the government’s response to the Roswell UFO crash. Ouch!

did you use a period after the first name?  I've sent out a second test with a period after the first name and it hasn't been returned yet.  When I originally posted this I forgot the period after the first name.  I got the e-mail address off the net. The execs can change public ones often if they start getting too much mail from the public etc.  Anyways, spinner posted some addresses a few posts back.

What?  He's still on Me in my area.  He's a nice warm-up before Columbo on Sunday.  Loved the recent Columbo's with MacGoohan.

Sunday, Nov. 10th

6:00 pm  Kojak LETTERS OF DEATH
"Anonymous messages begin turning up informing a model that someone close to her is in danger of being murdered."

It used to be on five nights a week here. I'd get home from work just in time to catch the end of Perry Mason which led in to Kojak.

I think customer care is the last place to send it.  They are all front line workers taking the heat off the others.  I wouldn't send it to customer care.  Just me.
Damn, I need to practice my writing skills. I use to write quite a bit but not so much lately.

I have told Sirius/XM I can go on the air as soon as tomorrow if they wish. Do not get to excited yet. It is now up to them.
As you can see we are ready to do exactly what we said we would do. We are also prepared to deliver to as many as want
it. So, the ball is now in their court. Keith knows what he is doing. Paul is ready and I am ready. All we need is the go ahead
from Sirius.

                                                                                                                                            Art

Good to hear. Looking forward to the good news.
Let's make it happen!

Whitley would definitely be Marie.

Hoagland would be Skylar. Michio Kaku is Heisenberg, No doubt.

The God part of the brain guy would be Puco. Or Tuco. Whatever.
