So like a Jerry Spinger show for professional con-people paranormal experts?

I'm visualizing epic Stern show fights and I'm liking it.

You see! Someone has to deliver on the entertainment! Who will step up?

Lol Hoagland should have Dave guest host his show.  I can see keith crushing handfuls of twinkees in his hands in a rage, and art pulling a rifle out to ahoot his broadcasting setup.

Fuck it.  At this point everything is upside down and we all are fighting each other.   I'm going to go suggest it in Dave's forum (I know he reads it)

Hoagie may have to sacrifice his Accutron to Noory as tribute to get back in Jorch's good graces.  Jorch can swap it out for a turkey on whole wheat.

Amazeening!

They are going to swap shows for a night. 8)

Speaking of Hoagie's Accutron, what kind of watch does Noory and Art wear?   Noory probably wears a gaudy Hublot to match his shoe polish hair dye.    Art seems like the guy who either wears a mid to higher end casio G shock like an MR-G or the same Seiko diver he bought back in Japan while in the Air Force.

With Art's fascination with his fancy atomic clock, he'd have to have some kind of whiz bang techno watch, if he has one at all.  With a smart phone, I no longer wear a watch.

Jorch?   This immediately comes to mind.

Who wears a watch anymore?! Smartphones. It's in the data  ;)

He is an easy three hour show and now he knows his place. Hoags has got to be humbled with the insurrection falling on it's face. Remember how uppity he was when it was all in the works? It will probably depend on how savagely he's willing to speak about the whole DMDN saga and humble himself.

Do people even listen to that SHIT of a show that hoaxland has on the dark matter network? lol  Yeah, he needs to go and make up with Dave if he wants people to know that he still exists.

Why do people have mustaches anymore?   Yet here we have Noory.

Maybe it's to hide a bad habit.... :-*

Also, status, or not having to whip your phone out to know how much longer you have to get back to the radio studio while on commercial break after pouring vodka and rogaine into your bottle of Gatorade....... ;D

Actually, I bet art has an apple watch.

I use an iPhone app version of Art's atomic clock to set my mechanical watches. :P

Well, the promising thing about that prospect is that Dave's a big corporate whore. So, if he thinks he can make money off him he'll do it regardless of what went down between them. It might not be so bad. It would be fun to hear Hoagy get scolded like a dog for stepping out of line on Dave again   :D

One of these would be badass, but the price... yeah...

Yeah they are sweet but the prices on vintage are in what I see as a bubble right now.  The other week I was at torneau in Manhattan trying on the New Tudor Black Bay noir, which borrows a lot from that gen of submariner.  If wifey wasn't popping out a kid in two months, it would had come home with me.

All it takes are endorsement cheques.  George is too dumb and lazy to actually grow any of his ventures.   Look at paranormal date and Gaiam.  He likes money, but he only wants to work hard once at it.

Allow me to speculate wildly on this subject: I wonder if all the watch manufacturers got together and went to Apple and said, "You've pretty much ruined our entire business with the launch of the smartphone. Now, all but the most fashion conscious people refer to their smartphone for the time rather than a watch. You owe us for this! I don't care how you do it but you've got to get people wearing watches again!!" And then smart watches started coming out. Hmmm... ???

He has agreed! It may be many shows, but I think the audience wants to know all the down and dirty grit and gossip...who hates who and why...who are the complete charlatans and who have a little credibility...what has happened in their private lives that may detract from their professionalism...etc...paranormal tabloid stuff!

I would listen to that...anyone else?

Challenge accepted, can i also throw in ufo researchers who i believe are faking the funk?

There were epic fights in the early 90s during the dawn of the internet. Look into the Bill Cooper feuds. Those were some doozies and there's audio clips floating around out there of Cooper drunk and ranting on answering machines.

That would be on Don Ecker's answering machine. He accused Don's wife Vicki of being the accountant for the DC Madam. Anyone who knows Vicki would lol. Math is not her favorite subject.

At your pleasure, sir! Remember, you need to get Michael Horn on as well! There are SO many topics and guests that the BellGab/Paranormal Nuts like me would love to hear! Get on with your bad self!

And at the end of the day....the Feds kills both of them :o

Both awesome trainwrecks

Don Ecker did an epic two hour show on early 90s feuds mainly about Cooper but also illustrating the paranormal boom and talking about guys like Lear and Lazar. It would be a good place to start for some background on things outside of the Bell Universe.

Oh yeah, the UFO and Bigfeet guys have disputes and many a rivalry and bitter disputes but the stuff, threats, lawsuits, and broadcasts between the more political conspiracy types (Bill Cooper, Alex Jones, Jack Blood, Art Bell, Ted Gunderson, John Stadtmiller, Michael Collins Piper, Jeff Rense, etc etc) is amazing and brutal!

Do you have any inside poop on Cooper? He was a fascinating guy. A little scary sometimes (obviously the government thought so too  ;)) but interesting. Do you think he was just a loon?  ???

I like Cooper, he's a crazy psychological wasteland but he rode that line between genius and insane about as well as anyone I've ever seen.
