I think he got his degree from George Noory. He keeps saying he wants to give Coast listeners degrees for listening to his show. GPA can probably go up to 10.0 in Jorch's school.

It doesn't matter, the State will NEVER be able to repay the debt, for that matter the country cant.
The USA has been bankrupt for many years.
The interest on the debt of the state of California as well as the entire country will always increase and never be paid off.
