Hi all, I'm not drunk yet, but will do my best.
Like the new look, monsieur zeebo. Very swave and deboner

We all have those days, i recommend 10mg of Valium and mass quantities of booze.

Homebrewed Absinthe you say?

ahhhh...Oui!
Small batches about once every two months.  Its more fun that way, I can tweak the herbs and flavours so each batch is a little different.

As long as you have all the acorns stored for the coming winter, enjoy.

I've been following your travails here on BellGab, and hope good things are coming your way. I've lived in one or another of the Philly suburbs for most of my life, and food is probably the most important thing to the culture, so there's probably no end to food-related opportunities.

tsk tsk Nancy. You are following me.  What would Bill think!?  ;D ;)

Thank you for the well wishes.  My problem is I'm stuck in this field and do nothing but compromise.  You are correct though...opportunities are endless.  My problem is...I want out.

That scene in the books was classic.  Haven't seen the show yet.  I'll check it out.

I've heard so many myths about absinthe, I even tried to make a home batch myself (and failed miserably) does it really make you hallucinate. What about it do you like the most?
