Well apparently, Art will be airing his new show in december from a radio station that is located on an indian reservation. Apparently the NC clause is void since it is airing from an indian reservation as they are exempt from many laws. Apparently Natalie and Tamara Bell will be producing the show. I assume they are relatives of Art Bell.

Yeah, I saw the proxy and the person who bought the domain paid extra to be anonymous, but it does state registration is from Arizona. Does that mask area as well? I'm not sure about that.

Domain registrations have to be done no matter what. Masking your registration just makes it so that the domain registration company puts their name in the domain registry instead of yours, so I'd suspect that the domain registration company might have done it from an Arizona office.
