People who have an answer for every question are somewhat dubious to begin with.  Mr. Swerdlow had a fucking monologue for every answer.  He's like the David Icke of the USA except his mullet game isn't strong.  Plus you can't just let someone ramble on forever without getting some kind of substantiation.  I don't know how you'd actually get any evidence of the missing earth like planet between Mars & Jupiter or Neptune's orbit being knocked off kilter etc. but extraordinary claims normally demand some sort of extraordinary evidence.  I'm not saying hold his feet to the fire but control the flow of bullshit somehow.

Jordan Maxwell anyone?  If he's going to assume the position of an authority on anything, he should be sure of his facts and be able to appeal to authority shouldn't he? Scientists are open to scruitiny and peer revue; selling snake oil (especially ones promising armageddon that some of the weaker minded might believe- The Niburu/planet X bullshit claimed at least one suicide) doesn't get a pass.

Not sure what Jordan Maxwell has to do with anything. I'm sure your well versed on all the rumors about Maxwell. I pay more attention to the knowledge being presented rather than make broad strokes calling someone a liar and wanting to throw vegetables at them, I'll take what makes sense and throw out what doesn't.

Once again, its a paranormal show where people are allowed to say what they want. You shouldn't expect 100% truth at all times, in fact I would be prepared to only accept 10% of it or less.

I don't know enough about the world of intelligence to really judge. I know most leaders in the United States are handpicked, I know Obama is a socialist. I know he told us that we would get change and so far has pushed the same policies as George W. Bush. I know he wants gun control.

Based the show logo on that one because, why not? After surgery, got bored watching back-to-back episodes of TNG. Played around with Patrick Nagel-esque illustration. Started to use it for a vaporwave album cover (yeah, I'm an analog synth nerd).

Decided to adapt it for the site instead to totally take the piss out of myself.

I've decided as a personal policy, I'm not going to discuss the other show on my show. Everything important to be known about it has already been told on-air by the appropriate parties. You know what I know. For that matter, my role on the team wasn't that important other than what you heard on-air. Terrestrial affiliate business was a joint effort really from everyone. I have nothing else juicy to say about it or anything to provide which hasn't been already addressed. I haven't spoken with Art, Heather, or Keith personally in months. I haven't spoken to RCH since the Asimov interview last year. To be honest, I've been so busy with my own show's startup (playing webmaster, producer, editor, audio designer & engineer), I haven't even kept up with DMDN shows outside of reading Twitter comments. I'm also in school right now, which I'm having to juggle with everything else.

As for how I started doing news, I wasn't after anyone's job. I stepped in when I was called upon to help in a crisis. I learned as I went. Costs demanded they cut the news and Keith took over affiliates. Heather is a great person, and I wish her all the best.

As for personal gossip, I'm inviting on some really interesting guests. Their stories will be a lot more intriguing and I hope callers will want to engage them with better questions. While my first guest will talk about Ufology, the show will be one of variety. First show will be a bit of a follow-up to one of my podcasts on false memories and the ethics of hypnosis being used by licensed/unlicensed therapists.

It's probably going to piss off a lot of people in the community, but it'll remind people that I'm a skeptic (albeit a friendly one, nonetheless). I don't pander to pseudoscience or cynics who know better, selling BS. Those with genuine belief in the paranormal or personal "encounters" if you will, are the ones I'm willing to risk a future interview with some self-proclaimed "expert" for in order to protect. That said, I will never seek to discredit someone's personal beliefs or experiences, and I find great joy in listening to people willing to share their stories. I'm not an asshole, I just don't like seeing innocent people hurt. I only try to do the best I can to keep them gently informed of other people trying to sell them a load of crap.

Outside of that, booking lots of guests for science and tech shows. While I could speak volumes to many of these topics personally, I'll try to keep interviews relatable to the general public. Again, this show isn't about me, it's about the guests and the listeners. I'm also in talks with some really neat people for those of you who love horror films. If you'll notice, I've already booked one awesome guest for the 2nd. There are many others to come, with lots of surprises.

I'll do an AMA or something at some point if it matters.
