Quoteabout a month ago Twitter’s porn algorithm seems to have changed from “boob detection mode” (which mainly censored Kisenosato, Aoiyama and Kagayaki) to “flesh color detection mode”. Since then you can’t publish any sumo picture, I wonder how it reacts to Mongolian Bukh (which at least frontally is rather lacking in the garment department).

;D

redhat pulls intel microcode that addresses the spectre/meltdown issue from its update list, due to the patch causing  random reboots on some computers.
Quote from: the articleThe open source software vendor says it pulled the update meant to address some of the recently discovered CPU design flaws because it was faulty, not because it wanted to shift responsibility to hardware vendors.

linus torvalds blasts intel on meltdown patches:
Quote from: Linus TorvaldsAll of this is pure garbage. Is Intel really planning on making this shit architectural? Has
anybody talked to them and told them they are f*cking insane?

Please, any Intel engineers here - talk to your managers.

Opsec meet Cyber Security. Most people don’t think of cyber security in scenarios lik this. I bet there is not a single organization that has included fitbits and smart watches into their Security Plan.

Actually I'm surprised that nobody was concerned about this before. And from smartphones, vehicle GPSs, etc. And besides the operations/hacking/tracking think that most of the components are made in foreign countries that aren't exactly allies.

Here are some cool tech videoes. I knew you could do that "trick" with lasers and why certain government and business offices have air-gapped windows and other things to defeat snooping but this is pretty crazy using highspeed video.

Look forward to various C2C guests using this experiment as explanations for their predictions (especially if they were wrong,) orbs, Akaskic Records, ghosts, and UFOs.

I love Gigabyte. I was able to get Win10 installed and running fine on a motherboard I bought in 2009.

I just found to my absolute joy that my android phone decided to delete all my contacts. I guess I'm just lucky to have a backup phone with a list that's mostly up to date for me to restore from.  >:(
