Can't forget at least three times a week Dave has to start the show by going to Jerome Corsi.

"Hey Jerry, how are yeww?"

Art Bell

I hope we can make the July date but it could slip because we are waiting for the final paperwork and I do not want to order all this stuff and start building till we have it signed. I have a Wife who wants a trip to the Philippines before I go on air so time is a issue. Phone lines, T1 and a lot more. I guess we have no hard deadline but I am not a patient person.

Early visits with Richard Sauder re underground bases
Underground bases is great!
I'd also love to hear Art interview Robert Ferrell
He's an expert on the Nephilim, Book of Enoch, but comes from the spiritual side instead of "they were Aliens".
He also claims there's a description of a "black hole" in the book of Enoch... interesting stuff.

where is the rest of my post?

Art, be careful something is wrong with this board they keep on editing or removing  my posts. I left you a list of shows like you asked. The forum has a preset limit of 4000 words in any posts. I just left you a list containing 3990 words for you, and they deleted my post to you....I know what you're gonna say....I'll catch you in July?........and remember the fax machine.

Take care,

One thing to note, most All the good story shows came from open lines. Dave really can't handle open lines and when he takes them it is obvious how far the IQ of those listening has fallen based on what they are being served up. I will get the smarter people back but it will take time serving up something worth listening to

Art
Absolutely.  You can tell by Dave's callers that the only listeners left on that show are:

1. incurious wasters
2. people who are stuck in bad circumstances and have very limited listening choices
3. People who want to know how deep the suckage can really go

Exactly.  People want interesting dialogue regardless of the subject matter.  If the subject is interesting to you Art, then the show will be interesting because you will put your intellectual curiosity into it.  You'll find your tribe and it will grow.

I like shows with some mystery, weirdness, creepiness, good story telling, spontaneousness (open lines), comedy/laughter and some science and technology is fun too.

No worries. I've waited this long, a few weeks wont effect me that much as long as the end result is you back on the air, so to speak. Happy wife, happy... you know... everything else...

As long as you ARE coming back and with all guns blazing...

Then we're good.  ;)

Dave pretty much killed open lines, and they screen out all the wortwhile stuff which is sad. I think part of what made the old shows so great was the unscreened callers... and look forward to that coming back.

I'd be fine with that.

And Alex Jones is at best a fool and at worst a lying charlatan.  I really dislike him.

As long as you are getting all of the i's dotted and the t's crossed, we can be (mostly) patient a bit longer.

Would it help if, in July, we start blanketing St. Louis, LA, and Hawaii with pizza rolls dropped from a helicopter that have 'I am coming...' printed on them?   ;D

August. September. October. No problem!

I initially was only attracted to shows dealing with 'ancient' stuff, but now I am going through the shows in the Final Torrent regardless of the topic. About future shows - it would be great if obvious frauds can be avoided. By obvious frauds I mean stuff that can be fully verified in 10 minutes using google search. Jesus, I will never forget listening to the Jason Martell interview on Dark Matter. The guy is a computer programmer who in his spare time became a Sumerian 'expert' basing on Sitchin's 'translations' of their mythology. I was listening to this interview while dealing with some nasty piece of code and I started to think that I am probably wasting my life, why not become an 'expert' in ancient history or astronomy, that's probably a much easier way of making a living.

It's all good Art--taking time to get it right and to be ready to take off smoothly.

I like him. Sometimes he's funny. Can't listen to him several days in a row though. Sometimes has good guests too, but unfortunately his interviewing skills aren't the best and he always wants to show off how well informed he already is to his guest ::)
If he's a fool he surely is a RICH fool. Guy seems to make a ton of money despite having a free stream and all his documentaries are also free, not to forget his big staff and offices. Maybe he's paid by the NSA, lol. I can't imagine he's making all the money from subscribers and selling Viagra.

Perhaps there is an interesting show topic somewhere in the Philippines.  I wonder what the rate of UFO sightings in the Philippines is versus the USA.

We have a couple of fascinating, professional astronomers/astrophysicists on the forum, Agent Orange and Astroguy. Both are the real deal, interesting to listen and learn from. This is Astroguy's thread The "Exposing Pseudoastronomy Podcast, while you can find Agent Orange, a tasty Canadian, on this thread: Astrophysics and Cosmology. They'd make excellent fresh talent guests.

Has anyone told JC that 'The Devil's Mouthpiece' will soon be back on the air, pornicatin' all over and ensuring that we all end up in the boiling pits of sewage?

Art - think you could score an interview with Edna???

Art Bell

Well we have a Condo in Manila and I guess we have to deal with that and put it in the hands of a broker.

I only dislike Dave for the nasty stuff he has done to me, in reality he is just what he is. Early on they decided he can't handle open lines or technical subjects so they simply stopped them.

The unexpected is what I miss most.

On the other hand I would love some Jesse Ventura if it's a debate with Anthony Cumia. Mihndh Control!

even better would be another debate between ventura and jim norton.  ventura got really steamed that lil jimmy wasn't intimidated by his loud face.

Take care,
I saw your post. It was unwieldy. It's great that you want to share shows you like, but there was a lot of redundancy. I like to use the "code" tags (next to quote in the post editor) if I'm going to post a long list. That puts your list into a scrollable mini window.

In the end, it's MV's call. I'm just speculating why if you were edited. Sorry, it made the page hard to read.

Art, I really liked the "dates from hell" open lines. My girlfriend and I still put it on during road trips. What fun!

I should also add that you would often have a need for the delay button. That element of risk kept it fun too. Just how crazy is too crazy? (Of course there were also the vulgar people...)

Art,
Yep, what I enjoyed the most back in the 90s was each night was unexpected, the shows were not pre-planned weeks in advance and could change at a moment's notice when some breaking paranormal or UFO event happened - like the night of the Phoenix Lights!

My favorites were the special lines for time travelers, area51 employees and whistleblowers.
Remember that "Steve" caller that often called in as a time traveler or Galactic federation commander? :D

I loved Linda Howe's weekly hour appearances on your Sunday night Dreamland shows. I hope she can get a segment frequently on your new show again.

Hoagland is good when he has new Mars or other space photos for you to analyze, like his dark matter show appearance.

Hope you can find some new "Mel" and "Madman Marcum" type callers with similar incredible tales...

If only the real JC was still out there. I wonder if he was attacked by a cat, or something... and bought the farm so to speak.

MV, that's exactly what I'm referring to:D On youtube there is this 4-part saga from Ventura interviews by O&A, it lasts about 15 hours in total. I actually cannot decide which part of it is the best - the steaming and boiling Jim Norton flying around Ventura like a mosquito or the ridicule by Anthony in the following days after the incident

BTW, I recall one of the Gabcast or the Spec Sheet episodes where you mentioned downloading the torrent of O&A XM shows. I remember trying to listen to their first show a few times and it was just too boring. Were you able to go through that and check after how many months they got entertaining again?

Years ago when you were doing weekends and broadcasting from the Philippines you mentioned perhaps doing a show along the lines of what living there was like - I wouldn't mind hearing that show
