Congratulations!   :)

Brig call home!  The authorities have left and your mother is worried.

Sorry to hear of Peart's death, have seen Rush at least 6-7 times going back to my college days.  Great drummer, but sadly not a musician who cared much for his fans.
He was a private introverted guy.  That does not mean he didnít care for his fans, he just wanted them to leave him alone.

Living in a fisheye lens
Caught in the camera eye
I have no heart to lie
I can't pretend a stranger
Is a long awaited friend

The thing that bothers me the most is that there is no chance to see Rush live again.

OK, boomer.

One notes in passing that the NFL games this weekend seem to have RUSH bumpers going out to commercials.

The boomer band or the host? Those niggardly kneelers deserve neither.

I've been hearing Rush everwhere this week.  Restaurants, elevators, my mom's nursing home...

Jack van Impe

We have lost a titan in the war against Satan.  Jack van Impe has left the battlefield and returned Home at age 88.  He was correct in his staunch Pre-Tribulationist views and his memorization of the King James Bible was astoinishing.  Jack will be missed by one and all but none more than by his lovely wife of 65 years - Rexella van Impe.

Don't be left behind friends.

Maybe he did. Maybe he didn't. It seemed like he was set up.

Ouch. Reporter's Freudian slip might cost a career?  And MSNBC one at that.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=piu9hO79TM0

Interestingly one of the outlets even mentioned the "controversial" dating of his wife when she was still in HS but was older. No mentioned of the alleged rape case, so far.  Tragic, famous people need to learn to just fly commercial- no small planes or helicopters or charters.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kobe_Bryant_sexual_assault_case

Quote
This was settled out of court and included Bryant publicly apologizing to his accuser, though admitting no guilt on his part. [...] Bryant claims he stopped after asking if he could ejaculate on her face.

I guess it's true what they say--the best defense, is a good offense.

Can't believe he's gone. Seems like only yesterday he was raping white women.

I read the linked article.  She made over $2.5 million.  Nice payday.
For taking it in the ass.
