Listening to the replay of Open Lines 6/22, I did notice that, during the Art question when HW's audio cut out, we get treated to a little EVP. No more ghostly than the Cook/McBeath stuff, I'm sure, but several indistinct voices blended with HW's melodious mumbling and one that really stands out.

I trimmed it out, amplified it and posted it here:

Why? I have no frickin' idea! Might be the most interesting part of the program, though..

Poor thing, if that pneumatic drill/toy-pusher isn't powerful enough to get her going, nothing will...  Well, maybe she's into killing kittens, some get off on that.  Heatherites seem to have the internal wiring for depravity.

Eh, I was going to avoid using hand tools, the Chinese screw was fucked up, I'm putting it to the side until I send the girls to Japan and have time to fuck around with it alone...

I'm exhausted trying to make that sound naughty. I am using the down time to rehydrate the guitar a bit.  The owner leaves it out in a bad environment way too often.

Counterfeit Dremel parta or just plain crappy Dremel parts have been my downfall.  I'm so dependent on that damn tool!

this is a wall wart :

they are especially egregious if they (partially or wholly) cover the other outlet rendering it unusable.

Does anyone here know of an internet cable with a wall wart? Wall warts are power supplies, internet cables are signal lines...  If she's putting power to her internet, she'd be in a heap big trouble.

My conclusion, based on her insistence that she's telling the truth and her inconsistencies noted above, is that she is lying.

No wonder Brig still listens to her...  That trainwreck is on its way and it's picking up steam.

I don't know if or how popular that is in the States but you can get wi fi boosters in the UK that unkill dead spots in the house. But Heather wouldn't have meant that would she?

Heather yelled at Caller Dale for publishing her address.  Dale said everybody already knows where she lives.  She asked Dale if she would like her to give up his address.  He said go ahead, or look it up in the phone book.  I think Heather hung up on him, and she is ranting and ranting and ranting.
Such a professional.

Perhaps she should try sitting on the speaker.

Interesting. I think noises from the nearby "aliencathouse" or kids playing in the yard by the cuckshed/broadcast-center? I didn't hear Art EVP in that, but strange.

So, anyone got the recording from Dale and her rant? He was a loyal fan (I'm an not Dale) and weird she would rant against him since people are sending her stuff, like painted rocks and clothes presses, so the address must be out there already? Unless she uses a PO Box for her painted rock deliveries and Dale gave out her physical address. Heck, Idk how rural the area is but maybe she has to get her mail at a PO Box anyway?

I echo that question.  We want recordings of troll calls!

Anybody remember the old Gardol shield for Pepsodent toothpaste? Or am I dating myself by asking?

Come to think of it, it's ok if I'd be dating myself, I can be interesting to talk to <ggg>.

I thought that remembering Pepsodent itself was dating oneself...

Indeed, it is! And I admit I even remember the TV commerical, too! Oh well, I guess I know a lot of other useless trivia as well, I keep hoping it will come in handy some day <g>.

At least I've managed to avoid dealing with a very challenging work-related writing project on which I'm feeling stuck. My best solution in such instances is to go to sleep, so goodnight all!
