Dietrich was inaccurately referring to his father being eligible for "Concurrent Receipt"

Concurrent Receipt was not a Congressional Award at all.  It was a Veterans Benefits regulation pertaining to military retirees who also had a disability rating of less than 50 percent. The program called "Concurrent Retirement and Disability Pay (CRDP), also known as Concurrent Receipt, allows military retirees to receive both a full military retirement pension and full VA Disability compensation benefits, provided they meet eligibility requirements"

The program was initiated on Jan 1, 2004 and Deitrich's father died in 2007. Dietrich assumes none of his listeners will investigate this false claim. The details of the program can be reviewed on these websites:

In addition, his father would have been eligible for Social Security at age 65 (1985) which would not have affected his retirement or disability income.  His father would have been required to pay Federal income taxes on only his retirement income.  Anyone with half a brain can use his father's info to estimate his income from 1965- 1985 and again from 1985-2007. The problem is that Dietrich claims to have been influential in the application for and evidence of his father's VA disability claims which he claims were eventually rated 100%.  If this were true his father would not have been influenced by the CRDP unless his rating of disability had been below 50% prior to 2004.

- 24 years Retirement as a Navy E-6
- Possible VA Disability at less than 40% upgraded to 50% or above
- Social Security retirement at age 65 consistent with prior income.

This leads to another false claim during the shit show by Dietrich that Jonn Lilyea was "double-dipping".  Lilyea was eligible for his retirement pay, Va Disability benefits and Social Security at the time of his death.  He did not commit suicide and was buried in Arlington National Cemetery with full military honors.

Yet Dietrich stated Lilyea committed suicide because he was exposed by Gary States (a VA claims examiner in Muskogee, OK) and Lilyea had been investigated and charged with fraud.  This is total bullshit.  Dietrich said: "I piss on his grave", "I killed him without even laying a hand on him."

Without saying as much, Dietrich contradicts himself by accusing Lilyea of illegal "double dipping" (which is just false) while aknowledging that his father did the same thing! But had "Congressional Approval" for!  That is where his accusation against Lilyea and other Veterans can be shown to be false.

Dietrich is lying and any retired Veteran would know it immediately.
