was is the audio so fucked up? Sounds like he is overmodulating or is this a tape of a tape?

Yes it's a little hot but it's straight off his iTunes podcast feed.

The show with longtime radio personality Don Ecker interviewing Tracy Torme the son of Mel Torme who also directed the movie "Fire In The Sky" about the Travis Walton case is now available.

Sweet Jesus his intro clocks in at 2:46 lol.   Seems excessive for a podcast

Well that's fucking nice to know.  Now you've made someone think you're an idiot asshole.  Is that fun for you?

Yes, random people's opinions of me are what my struggle is all about.

Why would you base anything about me hosting MitD on my gabcast performance, they are two different things?  You're just not intelligent here.

How can I be angry at such a wasted brain?  You need help, not anger.

I guess I'll spell it out for you.  I was initially fucking with you but now I'm just being an asshole.

And lets face it; who hasn't had that if you're over 40? Young people don't know they're born.

He was posting yesterday in another thread.  Sounds like he's fine.

Well, maybe you don't understand basic English. If you read what I posted rather then holding your dick and typing a reaction you might notice that I said based on your performance on gabcast alone. Speakers of English would understand that this insinuates  my opinion was based on one thing and one thing only. So I was already giving you the benefit of the doubt in my ribbing. But now that I see that you're a hot head, kind of makes it more fun to just continue this as an insult.

And if you think someone has to actually host a show in order to criticize you don't really understand the nature of critics. Nor do you understand the nature of this forum.   I wasn't even really criticizing you I was just taking some air out of your seemingly massive ego.   But like I said… Now that I know how angry it apparently makes you it's more fun to just be a dick.

And where are Heather's co-hosts?

See, you need to understand basic English.  You are comparing apples to oranges; you haven't heard me do what Heather does, I would suppose you were bright enough to know the difference between hosting a show alone while asking questions of A guest about a specific topic and having a show built on the premise of sitting around a campfire or living room with a couple of friends chatting about whatever.  But no, you just want to be the guy who comes in a shits all over people when you haven't a clue what you're talking about.

A wise man said "It is better to keep silent and be thought a fool than to open one's mouth and remove all doubt." Mark Twain

PS: How about a link to some clips of you on the gabcast, eh?  I've asked twice now....

I haven't been on the gabcast. Nor have I said I would do a better job than Heather. But you have done both. So if you aren't open to opinions,  you may want to find another forum.   That's what happens when you post something like "I'd do the show in a heartbeat and be much better at it, even if I do say so myself...."

BTW, our recently departed Mr. Liar has been busy still trying to find things to attack in the Meier case but, knowing that when he tries to return here to do so, he still won't be able to refute or rebut the authentication of the WCUFO...or his own results using PhotoShop.

So wait for his "I'm back" - or not - moment, since he's still smarting from having been shown to be an inept accuser and a very poor researcher.

If I'm being perfectly honest I'd estimate that the majority of Bellgab members think Meier lying so posting here only fans the flames.

You would.

Note: I wasn't hosting the gabcast, moron. And I'd be a helluva lot better than you, in fact let me know where I can hear you on one, mmmK?

Sorry I thought you were one of the cohosts.

I know, and I just don't get it....

Based on your Gabcast performance alone, I'd estimate it to be an apples for apples host exchange.

lol I want to beat their asses too! Oddly I feel the same way in regards to guys wearing skinny jeans.

Baggy jeans mean you have no self respect.  If you look dumpy & people will treat you that way.

well that's when good morning America shows on BET

And I'll add that braaaaaps is the sound a motorcycle makes.  It's a motorcycling term like the loud Harleys.  It's pretty well-known

The flat visor crap is what gets me the most.

Oversized sports jersey and flat visor caps on the +40 crowd is quite the look unless you happen to be Ice Cube.

I'd think Art might get bored with a podcast.  Too much like talking to yourself.  Of course, that does tend to happen as we age, anyway.

You can still interview people.  Just no dumb shit callers

I think there's a weekly schedule posted somewhere:

Monday: tolerate; Tuesday: hate; Wednesday: listener's choice; Thursday: hate; Friday hate even more

Hope that helps  ;)

Hey Art-- try a podcast.  Pretty low commitment & can be recorded whenever you feel like it.

Also I think Jimmy Church tried this route that Heather is on. Just trying to emulate Art as much as possible doesn't cut it. There is a personality behind the voice that these two are missing.

I don't mind Jimmy Church

Mr. Spock, please learn a new song.  This song has grown tired and stale and is plummeting off the charts.  It is illogical to continue posting you position, you will sway no one. It is bcomng annoying to many of us.  There s a reason n one listens to Karma Chameleon anymore.  Please take a page from Culture Club and move on to a new phase of your existence.

Yes, bathhouses are the new thing

Stanton Friedmen would probably stay on the line for hours not realizing the prank.

When I was a DJ at a classic rock station owned by Clear Channel in Maine I could play all the Zep and Pink Floyd (yawn) they could throw at me but could NOT play Helter Skelter, Oh! Darling or Come Together by The Beatles. Used to just piss me right off, the same shit, day after day....

One night on an overnight shift I played "And We Danced" by the Hooters for about 3 hours straight.  I had 2 identical carts I was rotating and I drank a fifth of Jack Daniels.  By the end if it I was so hammered that the Sunday AM board op thought I was sick and offered to take my next shift so I could get some rest.  I told her to play that Jesus music and I'd be just fine.

She'll be writing books with Rosemary Ellen Guiley soon. "Worker in the Guesthouse".

How about a show just prank calling your potential guests instead of interviewing them?

I was listening during the  2000 one.  He said something to the effect of needing to go off the air for something he could not talk about.

The reason nobody is going to step in an take mitd is because it's just a show.  There's nothing to take.  Anybody can have a show.  You don't need mitd
