***EMERGENCY FLASH MESSAGE! GEORGE SENDA CALLS FOR THE DESTRUCTION OF BELLGAB!***

Quote from: Falkie2013 on Today at 07:26:06 PM
Given the sabotage of my efforts to go further with podcasting AND this forum, should THIS forum continue ?

Let me know what you think and MV I still can't find my glasses.

Of course, if I do that I will get inboxes that Little Chris wins.

He's a bitter loser and can NEVER win.

Who exactly is sabotaging him?  Lol.

I'd actually be interested in what kind of technology facilitates this foolishness

What I particularly enjoy are those moments  where either the caller, the guest or even the host say something sort of cringeworthy followed by uncomfortable silence then normally followed by a "so…" or an inexplicable "exactly..." The "exactly" cracks me up every time.  I think the harmonics fiction book guy pulled one of those. I can't remember the context I'll have to go back and listen but it was phenomenally awkward and  hilarious to me. I live for stuff like that lol.

Just finishing listening to the ancient civilizations episode from
Monday.  By the time the woman called in about the "nuculer" war in the Mahabharata because she's studied all ancient religions of the world "a lot" and all the retorts about what the "sand script" says, I felt like I was listening to a group of middle school students reading a book report.

Do you actually think Art listens to this? Can't he hear how bad it gets? I know he used to read this stuff here too -- does he think it's not constructive to see that 5 hours is a terrible idea. It should have been cut to two -- if not cut out all together.  Maybe he's shielded somehow.  If he tuned in to any other network and listened to the same thing, he'd turn it off...he's too good to not hear how bad this is.

I seriously doubt he listens every night.

Hope to hear back...peace!

I'd tune in for once

There's a reason disco went out of style.

It's just shitty production.  Sad in their day & age when sounding good is fairly cheap.

I've expected that from her and Norry for sometime but rarely happens. Though Jimmy Church did have a guest who sort of did that....right after frequent radio show caller "Bill from Madison" called in with his Finno-Urghic theories!

I would actually welcome that. I mean, it's nothing for Heather to criticize people about their audio quality. Art taught her well. Well, some people have hangups about whether they're wasting their time explaining things to people who will never understand it. Or, more often having to explain complex ideas to people just to set the stage for introducing even more complex ideas.  I'd welcome that personally.  Either you're on the level or you're wasting my time with asinine questions and asides. It's like GW Bush interviewing Stephen Hawking.  There's just no point.  And pausing for dramatic effect only works when your follow up is somehow poignant to more than the dullest among us.

I feel like she's eventually going to have a guest on that stops the interview and says "I think I'm on the wrong show"

Bullshit. I've either been too busy or mad to ask anyone to come back and I've not sent a pm to Jazmunda since he asked to be on the Fortress and Mr. Spock and I were trying without success to talk on the phone yesterday.
I forgot. I did say to one person to post when the drama and anger died down.
Don't believe everything you read or hear one here when it comes to me.
Other than posting to Little Chris today and talking to Drone except for one long post I made in PM, I have only posted in my own forum today and talked to MV on the phone briefly and Drone for over an hour and he told all to Little Chris and much of it was hypothetical venting and not any bs threat as Little Chris has said.
The inboxes back and forth to him are on my forum for all to see and when I said he will get his, I meant that in a legal or other sense, not physical harm.
But then I cannot realistically TRUST to talk to anyone on this board privately about anything, can I, for it is certain that all will be leaked to this thread or the musings thread as soon as its posted.

Falkie we don't kno each other so it makes it easier for me to say that Bellgab just isn't the place for you.  It will never be civil.

I'm just listening to the replay of the harmonics book guy.  God dammit this is pretty weak.  Plus Heather is constantly killing the momentum.  Sometimes shutting the fuck up is just what the doctor ordered.  "I thought astrologers were heretics to be burned."  Mmmkay.

And btw the Thames isn't pronounced that way.  Honestly anyone who has graduated high school should know that.

Well, you know that crazy idea some people have about Trump being a plant by the Democratic Party? It is crazy but some of the thinking behind it is solid. Trump is the guy most likely to get people who wouldn't otherwise vote for Hillary to vote for Hillary. You can hold your nose, even cover your eyes, while pulling the lever. Not the way people like to vote but they can definitely do it.

Will they need ECT afterwards? Maybe. Nobody knows what four years of watching and listening to Hillary address the nation would do to people.

There's no way it's that well thought out.  He's just riding on the Zeitgeist idiot wave.

5 hours?

Why not ya know?  I mean, what's another 2 hours?  I'm thinking you could get a piss bucket and an assortment of snacks within reach.  Maybe throw in a massage cushion on the chair.

Surprised at the "5 hours with Heather" development. I was wondering if those extra new hours will just be playing re-runs of previous Heather shows. Sort of a "somewhere in time", MITD edition  ::)

She said she's doing 5 hours so it'll be 5 hours of live "wows" and inquisitive "oh's"

If heather is doing 5 hours then Falkie should do 5 hours next gabcast. might need to do it at an all you can eat buffet so that he can sustain himself.

You might have to work in a sandwich break or something
#175
Just remember to say "I'm Heather Wade" on the way in & out of breaks.

I know man… Changing tunein to record something else is  far too difficult .

5 hours... Bleh...

Too bad RCH is leaving. His show had its moments. I won't be paying for him on a new network.

I'd love to see the DMRN continue, but it seems to be fading.

Are you paying for him now? Lol
#178
Yep.  I'm going to sleep

Would the fans here stay tuned for all 5 hours? Or is that too much?

Aren't you listening?  Heather is sitting in for Art. He might come back!!!!!

Oral chelation gets a breathy "wow" and an inquisitive "oh" for 2 more hours.  Enjoy it all you 25 time zone time travelers!
