I heard it, too. Did you catch what he said about Art going into retirement? Something like he's retired many times before? It was a quick call.

On a show from last November, Ian states that he's been hosting for thirteen years. He's been around longer than Noory?

I hear his voice every time I go to the supermarket and a Coast bumper tune starts playing on the store sound system. Last time, it was Gordon Lightfoot's "Sundown".

Call! Right now!
Wanna take a ride?

He has the menus up for all the old Coast shows, just no links yet. Go to the site and point to the Archives box.

Yeah, I just now turned off my radio, it's so bad. I tuned in to catch the last fifteen minutes of the rebroadcast of last night's last hour (I'm in Eastern time zone), and to be listening to the beginning of tonight's show just in case a surprise guest host might pop up.

If I lose my internet connection while the torrent is in progress, will I be able to pick it back up later? I'm new to torrents.

One of C2C's signature pieces of bumper music.

Gerry Rafferty, of Steeler's Wheel before "Baker Street" solo track, SW's big hit being, of course, "Stuck In the Middle With You". (Or does that one actually have another title?)

Thanks folks. I think that's it for Terrence Mckenna except for April 1, 1999. Still looking for that one. Would like to organize a C2C collection in 4shared, in better order than the Wild Card Pages to make shows easier to find.

Thanks for the uploads. I've already found MP3s for 1997 and 1998 Terence McKenna and 2001 Dennis McKenna.
It seems these are all over the place, whereas the two 1999 shows are a bit harder to find outside the various torrent sites.

  I misread the 22 for a 27, probably because there's another 7 in the year-date.

I'm waiting for the torrents to download right now.

Downloading 0 of 1 connecting peer.

This is the first time I've used torrents. Is it normal to have to wait like this?

I've been thinking all afternoon about that last Webcam photo of Art and family petting that seal in that Manila wildlife park. What does that seal represent in Art's mind? I finally realized that it symbolizes George Noory! George Noory is the trained seal barking and clapping for his food! Great image!! Art's coming back, I could hear it in Richard C. Hoagland's voice last night! By the way it's not Premire's politics, but their distributor's politics, Clear Channel!

Man, you're really up on your Crypto News, Rock. This and your other posts. You have some unique analyses.

Yeah, from the little bit of Professor Kaku's show that I heard on the air, it sounded very 'produced', very much a 'product', though not necessarily a bad one. Just not a 'trip' like when he went on Coast with Art.

Whoa! I like vlc! Very easy to download in Ubuntu, very easy to start in Terminal, good way getting files and directories. without having to cycle back through the file manager every time you want to add a new file or folder. Nice! Thanks!

99.9%, I reckon. Or is he not delusional, but knowingly full of it? Either way, I can't really listen to him. I'd rather hear Dames any day over Hoagland. Or, I would have, with Art. Noory has no rapport with Dames like Art did. Art seemed to be "in" on the hoax with Dames, or maybe just in on the shared perception with the audience. Dames was the joke, Art and the audience were the inside jokers.

Professor Kaku has/had his own call-in radio show. I was able to tune into it a few times at night, with limited reception, the show not airing in my market.

NIN- I seem to recall Art specifically stating multiple times on his predictions shows last year that he was taking unscreened calls. I think he's done unscreened calls on other shows from Manila, too. However, I also recall very cleary Art doing a show from the Phillipines with screened calls, due to technical problems, in his explanation.

Even if Art does come back with his own show, how will he get stations to compete with Coast? Aren't a lot of Coast affiliates airing the show only because they're forced to in order to get Rush in the a.m.?

Don still maintains his forum, and one could get the sense from reading it that he does intend to bring the site back up, eventually.

Regarding the host taking non-Art Bell shows from the Anomolous Audio Archive, I read on the site's message board a few months ago a message from the host stating that he wasn't threatened by C2C. His decision was voluntary to take down all new shows that are also available on Streamlink, excluding new SIT.

If Art goes to satellite radio, will he be able keep the iconic opening theme music? It was composed for a 1970s movie soundtrack and   Coast just plays it. It wasn't created especially for the show. And what would an Art Bell show be without Ross Mitchell's bumper announcements? Opening theme "The Chase" and Ross are almost an essential ingredient of the Art Bell Experience.

If you look in the show archive, you'll find Somewhere In Time going back to November 28, 2009. Apparently you can stream them, but not download them. I'm no longer a member of Streamlink/Coast Insider, but when I was last year, it was the same deal.

If you know what dates to look for, you can find some new Art Bell-hosted shows, like last year's prediction shows. And if you just scroll through random new show listing in the archives, Art's new shows pop up. And they're downloadable.
