No.  Just my small attempt at humor.  Thank you ShirleyPal for keeping us in contact with Art.  We would all love to have him back so much it literally hurts.
Your welcome, I would also like to see him come back but personally don't think it will happen.  I do expect him back in the High Desert soon because he mentioned they may do just that, it doesn't mean anything except that he may come home to visit for a time.

Over the last couple of days I've realized the number of times Whitley has been on Coast. What does that say? My theory is that the Art/Whitley friendship ride is over for some reason. Whitley is now a collaborator with the Evil Empire!
He is not a collabortor, he has a new book to sell......plus he is doing some fill in shows.

Perhaps the Art Bell from Facebook and the Art Bell from FF are both quite real.  Maybe one is the evil doppelganger of the other?
Are you saying Art Bell doesn't post on Fantastic Forum, I an Shirleypal there and a Mod on that site and have been in touch with Art over the years, it is the real Art Bell posting there.  You might want to check the site for his other threads that he has put up over the years.

These are truly horrific times at the Coast Production Offices! My source in Portland/KEX-land has painted a picture that is dire. The show IS losing stations left and right in mostly educated progressive markets. The show is trying, using desperate measures to create a picture that Art Bell is still somehow involved in the show. They're getting hit by advertisers from the one side, saying the show isn't informationally relevant anymore the way George is running the show. Then they get hit by Clear Channel on the other side for being insensitive to an important constituent audience that Clear Channel depends on for it's other programs throughout the day. The Core Audience created by Art is highly skeptical of Apocolyptic Religious  material, yet throughout the rest of the day CC airs programming supportive of it. The show is now losing money in the format of information that Clear Channel demands! Stations ARE contacting Art Bell (at least the non-Clear Channel ones) about returning to the air! My source tells me Art WILL return to the air, however ALL Clear Channel owned stations are perhaps lost forever to the George Noory Titanic. Art now recognizes that only he and he alone can preserve open-minded, inquiry-based talk on the late night times. Do you remember the advertisements for Sears on Coast? Art has been approached by them as a potiential sponsor, should Art return. Also Art has been approached by Toyota, with an exclusive late-night advertising contract. We're moving, but the pace is unknown. But my source tells me sooner rather than later, and yes C. Crane will stand with Art!

All very interesting.....don't know if true or wishful thinking, btw why wouldn't C. Crane stand with Art, he is a part owner in the C. Crane company and has been for years.

I don't listen weekdays at all but just looking at the schedule and the type of gloom and doom guests I see what you're saying, sad what it has become.

Clear Channel is now in the minority as far as affiliates go, no matter what happens to Coast they will still air Rosh on most affiliates whether it's bundled with Coast or not.

The only good news now is we still have George Knapp twice a month, wish it were more.  John B. Wells and Rob Simone aren't too bad either, intelligent and ask good questions.

I would say that is a bit of a stretch, a big stretch. If Art were going to talk about his reasons for leaving Coast I think he would have in his post, don't think he has any intention of doing so.

Art's present environment in Manila is diametrically opposed to what he loves.  It is 100% non-Pahrump:  urban, crowded, dirty, tropical, humid, wet.  You can bet your booties Areyn did not like being so far from her family and in an arid climate and throw on top of that the government hassles.

Art Bell Fan, aren't you a ham radio operator or am I mixing you up with another poster?

Anagrammy
Nope not a ham operator, that never interested me, nor do I care to listen to Art talk on ham, it is tech ham talk for the most part and boring.

Not sure living in a high rise condo is the best environment for a small child either, Art mentioned on air a few years back that there were a number of Philippine families in Pahrump with children and that Airyn has made friends, the population is around 50,000 and growing, and close to Vegas so it's not exactly a small town in the middle of no where.

QuoteFrom Art Bell Hi all,

From sunny Manila, Philippines

It has been some time since I posted here. All the ABs are
well, both types.....those with and those without fur. Asia
could not be better, she is nearly four Years old and smart
as a tack, she has been in pre-school now for a Year and is
doing so well it is scary.

At this point my baby is just starting out in life but I fully
understand that one day my baby will get older and make
her own way in the World, no doubt doing things I do not
agree with or sanction in any way. That is life, babies never
stay babies as much as we would like them to, they grow
and find their own way and even if we do not like the path
they have chosen we have to get out of the way and let
them make their own mistakes, much as it may hurt to watch.
All we can really do is our very best in trying to point them
in the right direction and hope. It does not always work out
as we had dreamed and at the right time we have to let go.

We may return to the U.S. at some point for a visit or more,
who knows. Never say never right? I must say I am not sorry
to have missed the great Recession? the economy here is just
fine with GDP in the 7% range, we have a new President who
seems to be doing a great job and with Asia in school and so

I love the Desert, it is majestic and very private but not the best
environment for a four Year old.

Ham radio is at last getting an assist from the Sun in a big way
with flares going on like crazy. My Ham call letters here are
4F1AB and I am mostly on 20 and 15 Meters talking to the
rest of the World.

I will try to post more frequently and keep you all up on the
latest from the Bell clan. I will always consider you all as
part of my Family.

I've heard of Rense before but never heard one of his shows. I went to his website to see what he was about and it was full of links to "ZIONIST CONSPIRACIES" and "FREEMASON NWO" and "BLAME TEH JEWZ!". I never had much interest after finding out he was one of *those* nuts.

Has anyone here given his show a chance? Is it all purely political (or "alternative media") stuff?

I listened to him many hears ago a couple of times, would never today, he is anti-Semitic and since I am Jewish I won't give him the time of day.  Aside from trying to bring Art down he is bitter because he never got the job at Coast to Coast the times that Art left, I don't think he was ever in the running with good reason.

You bet it was, and of course Rense is the biggest wanna be out there, he has never quite made it, now has he.  There are always those out there who want to bring others down, we live in a sick world.

Oates along with Robert Stevens were the guys who accused Art of raping a young girl while he was working in Montery, Ca., Art sued them and it was ultimately related to one of the times Art left the air.  None of it was true, if memory serves Rense was involved in this also.  Art won that case.  I don't remember any more details, I was shocked when Coast aired that show on Somewhere in Time. Roberts, Stevens and Rense are scum.

Collecting and archiving is a task which needs to be done by someone

who has contributed the past five years.
Anomalies Archive is still alive, you're just looking for the wrong thing.

anagrammy Art does not own the shows, he mentioned that numerous times on Art when asked the question,   Clear Channel not only has the rights to the current shows but it also includes Art's old shows before they were in the picture, that is the agreement Art made when he sold to CBC, Chancellor Broadcasting Company.  There are years of shows that are owned by I think broadcast.com, Art tried to buy those shows but said on air the price was out of sight, have no idea what happened to all those shows from 93, 94 and 95.  Clear Channel also has the rights to Art's Dreamland shows.

I cannot tell you who my contact is but I can tell you that Art is not working on a new show with Alan Corbeth or Kaigh Kitchen.  Personally I don't think Art is working on anything with anyone.  Don't think we will be hearing from him, he has no obligation to explain anything to us, it has already been said, he quit and it was his idea, if he were I highly doubt he would have anything to do with the likes of Glenn Beck, I would be shocked if he were a fan of his.

#21
I am sure the reason they have their panties in a bunch is because 99% of the shows shared are Art's not Noory..if it were the other way around you wouldn't hear a word.

I doubt very much that Art wanted to put up anything on Coast, I don't see him posting on FF, I imagine what he thinks he cannot post.  I do think he was thinking of posting when he emailed for his password back in December and obviously decided against it.  If Art is harboring some anger he is not going to air it in public or on FF, that site is watched very carefully by Coast.

Think it is time to move on from all the speculation.

Rob Simone hosted on 12-28-10

Guest host Rob Simone (email) welcomed David Wilcock for his analysis of the Bosnian Pyramid (video clips) and other ancient monuments, as well as his new physics theory of how they were built by "altering" matter. There is a prevalence of ancient structures around the world aligned on the same grid, he said, citing such examples as the 1,776 pyramids on the Philippines' Chocolate Hills, the earthen mounds built by the Mound Builders in the United States, and the lost pyramids of Italy. Pyramids have also been discovered in China, but the government there has been secretive about them, he added.

First hour guest, Semir Osmanagich, Ph.D., the discoverer of the ancient pyramidal complex in Bosnia, discussed unique aspects to the structures.

Excellent interview, here it is for download.

Right. I've had no luck finding it. It wasn't on the Anomalies Archive or anywhere else I've looked. Surely they must have discussed the event at some point.

Hilly Rose hosted that night, I may have the show will look for it. Looks like he hosted all week and there is no mention of Littleton that I can see on Art's CD.
4/20/99 Tue/Wed

1st hour.... Open Lines in the first hour. Hilly gives his thoughts on Kosovo and the tragedy in Littleton, Colorado.
2nd hour.... Ken Thomas, publisher of Steamshovel Press, talking about case histories of ufologists who have died under mysterious circumstances and he will also discuss the UFO link to the Kennedy assassination.
3rd hour.... Hilly asks about the conspiracy called 'octopus'. Phone calls are taken later in the hour. One caller asks if the conspiracy level is at a new high.
4th hour.... In the fourth hour, Thomas tells the story of JFK taking Marilyn Monroe to area 51. Phone calls continue for the remainder of the program.

You are joking, ATS is awesome, I have been an active member there since 2004, for conspiracies and alternative news there is nothing better on the internet.  Mark Allin who was Knapps guest in the first hour is a co-owner of ATS and has been on with Knapp two other times.  ATS is huge and takes time to find your niche there, I post mainly in Science, Space Exploration and Ancient Archeology. I joined in 2004 because John Lear asked me to, at that time he was very actice on Fantastic Forum.  ATS is not like this great forum, it's for serious people who want to get at the truth and deny ignorance. Like any other forum there are nut cases who usually don't last long, they hang themselves and get banned.

Knapp is also a member at ATS and a good friend of Mark Allin, he has done video interviews there which are still up in the Media Center.

My user name at ATS is Aquarius1.

I am a member at different forums for different reasons.

Sunday 16 Jan 11~George Knapp~Bryce Zabel

Joining George Knapp, investigative reporter Bryce Zabel will discuss why paranormal topics like ETs, UFOs, and ghosts are such a focus of TV and movie projects, and whether or not it's all part of a gradual controlled release of secret information. Do Hollywood big-wigs like Spielberg have inside info about what is really going on?

http://www.brycezabel.com/

Looking forward to another great show with Mr. Knapp, I often wondered about Speilberg and if he has inside information, is one of the ways they are preparing us are through movies.
