Meanwhile Trump and Putin seem to have a curious mutual admiration thing going.  Relations between the two countries have warmed up since the Cold War of course, but I think Putin is eager to engage with Trump and exploit his political naïveté.
According to Liberals, Trump is the evil genius who become immensely wealthy by personally conning people, large companies, politicians and all levels of govt; all right out in the open while a celeb.  Then he outflanked and crushed 16 career politicians all well backed with political professionals, established campaign networks, and boatloads of money while spending a small fraction of what they did against him; all while under a year long relentless campaign of disinformation, cherry-picking and distortion by the media, including much of the establishment conservative media.  But he's so simple-minded and naive that Putin will steal his lunch.

Make up your mind.

Whenever MSNBC people mention the leaks, they show an image of Putin on split-screen.  They're vying with CNN to become the Clinton Ministry of Patriotic Information.

Man, this lineup of speakers is pitiful. If this is the future of the Democratic party, its time is short.
It's the daytime lineup of bush leaguers wanting a DNC speech in their resume. The power brokers are in meetings and could give rat's ass about the floor theater.  I'm  just on pins and needles waiting to hear  Leslie McSpadden tomorrow.

More BS from the Anointed One.  Like Cruz didn't know to the minute when Trump's plane was due so he could use it to rile up his small crowd.

I'm trying to think if I was a group the Democrats were pandering to, how I would feel about it. Given how they're going after blacks and hispanics, I imagine it would be like a fat Irish guy coming on stage pounding down beers and slapping out rather unattractive women. Followed by eating hagas and throwing it into the crowd. Then after about ten minutes of river dance. Followed by Hillary Clinton walking out in one of those fighting irish hats with twelve leprechauns surrounding her. She then gives a fiery 20 minute speech about how the English, Catholics, Mothers Against Drunk Driving and the Police are committing a mass genocide against my people and only the Democrats can protect me.
First, realize that they only pander to groups with empty platitudes. The real pandering is to the group's (usually self-appointed) leaders who get the bags of cash and adminisistrators' jobs.

It doesn't have to be military enlisted service, although, by God and by damn, that's coming up whether there's a draft or not.

Good riddance to DWS!  Maybe they'll let her attend the convention as an attendant dispensing towels in one of the women's restrooms.  She could supplement her tips by handing out flyers for payday loan businesses.
We have our martyr. The senior DNC staff, HMH and her staff who traded the cheat and antisemetic emails get off clean.  Never fear, DWS will come out smelling like a rose for taking the kamikaze mission.

What would you consider "real service-related issues"? Just curious.
It encompasses a lot, but inability to find work beyond peddling trinkets from a box on the curb isn't on my list.  The all-volunteer army was working until multiple in-country deployments to combat zones strangled enlistments.  I think what we're seeing as "veteran" problems are in most cases the result of requirements lowered to bottom-trawling to fill quotas.  Bring back the draft, no education deferment, and stricter med deferments.  Everyone able should have skin in the game.

Our city governments are so f*cked up. Wasting money on so much stupid stuff instead of things like fixing roads, kicking out illegals, policing neighborhoods, etc. And then in cases where something is good spending money to try to make the experience more dangerous or unsafe because 'diversity' at all costs.
Only zealots run for office, and there are no zealots for public safety or decent roads.

Ground game. Guess what? Trump ain`t got none. Dems do. Checkmate. Que the band. President Hillary Clinton.
You still think Cruz, who couldn't get 20% of the conservative vote, would beat Clinton with the preacherman shtick.  The mind of a zealot...

Votevets has 400,000 supporters, and while it doesn't represent the views of all veterans , that's a significant number.  I've been to NYC and have seen plenty of sketchy street vendors who don't help the real estate values, but we're talking about a small, select group of people who should have all their needs amply provided for by a grateful nation in exchange for the sacrifices they made. They shouldn't have to scrounge a living on the street, and rather than try to have them removed from in front of his building, Trump should have welcomed them and afforded them every possible courtesy. He easily could have given them support by providing stands that conformed to his singular aesthetic sensibilities and three squares a day from his fancy restaurants for what a couple of his housekeepers make in a year. It's hard to imagine anyone objecting to that, and it would have been great for his image. Instead, he chose to be a dick about it for purely selfish reasons.

http://www.votevets.org/about
The media and SJWs are again redefining veterans' character as they did after Vietnam by portraying them as losers, mental cripples and druggies; victims to be pitied...and, of course, treated by vastly expanding the already 2nd largest institution in the US govt after DoD.  I'm a vet, but I'm not a promoter of the new social cause pushed by the left; veterans' entitlement beyond the GI Bill benefits for education, home loan qualification and real service-related issues.

The Dem leadership in Cleveland are already doing what Democrats do best, lying through their teeth. Hear that starter cranking?  We're about to see the most polished and competent propaganda machine on Earth spring to life. The long game is paying off, America is headed for becoming the first Food Stamp republic.

The word on DWS is consistently "She did a good job but erred, we need to move on". Disgusting chutzpah. CNN is pushing the Putin angle on the Wikileaks hard by innuendo, even their field reporters have orders to weave it in; it's now  being described as a national security issue...but spilling eight Top Secret docs for convenience wasn't.

DWS resigns as head of DNC... immediately appointed to HRC's campaign.
and Sanders cucking hard for HRC.

Not a significant number.  Just a few SJW vets with a blog.  Sidewalk peddlers are sidewalk peddlers, service or not. This fight with the city to enforce peddler laws in Midtown goes back decades.  You want 'em in front of your business?  Last time I was on 5th Ave, there were probably a dozen West Indians peddling from a box for every American, vet or not. Hell, De Blasio is probably bussing 'em to Trump Towers now. And yes, vet here; 68-72.

BTW, Jesse J was on TV today blaming the Dallas and BR cop assassins' on PTSD and the military.

Arrowhead buckwheat pancake flour rocks.  I grieved for weeks when Aunt Jemima discontinued theirs.  Bernie has had "the call" from Chuck Schumer.  "STFU about Debbie or you'll be removed from ranking Dem on the Senate Veterans Affairs Committee to bait boy for Fisheries Committee, and the only future Dem support you'll ever get is a cheap bouquet at your funeral."  If he caves in his speech after this, I hope his supporters have plenty of rotten tomatoes and cabbages.

I'm only part way through right now... But from what I can tell, this is a good thing for Clinton.  She has almost as much $$$ as Trump, and therefore is not likely to be corrupted by big money. (That is Trump's reasoning, right?  Vote for me because I'm rich?)

When electing officials, we need to stop questioning how they get their money, and instead start focusing on how much they have.
